what makes a good memecoin?
the "story".
it’s all about the "lore" of why or how the meme came about.
a good story makes the meme "resonate" with people and gives them a reason to care about it.
then comes the "art".
good + funny art makes the meme more "memorable" and gives people something they actually want to share.
and then the "community".
the story gives people something to "believe" in.
the art gives them something to "rally around".
and the community takes it from there.
use this as the basic evaluation framework when deciding whether to trade a meme or not ✍️
started DCA-ing out of my bitcoin:native long here.
TP is at $82k but it's been a good run the past few hours, so I took some change of the table before taking this screenshot lol

Trading Tips I learned over the years
- Think of your portfolio as a whole instead of as individual trades. When you look at everything as trade opportunities, it's easy to over index on one side of risk and not realize that you are much further down the risk curve than you thought.
- Longer time frame trades tend to be better to manage than short time frame trades. Low time frame is extremely competitive and there is a lot of noise. It's much easier to get chopped, stopped out, and you have to pay more in fees as well.
- Understand the worst case scenario before taking the trade. Many people here are one tail risk away from losing everything and these are the worst situations to be in. Knowing how much is at risk beforehand makes it easier to sit on your hands and manage your trades.
- There is no certainty in any market. If all you do is seek certainty you should steer clear. Likewise, how people get paid is for taking risks during uncertainty. It goes both ways.
- To continue from the previous point, this means that trades shouldn't come from the angle of is this going to be profitable but more in the line of the reward here seems to outweigh the risk and I'm comfortable taking this position.
- Have strong opinions that are loosely held. Something I have been realizing is that everyone has core philosophies that inform their trading but what ruins people is not being able to adapt when wrong.
- PNL does not exist. Do not consider profit you made as something that is yours. It can disappear just as quickly as it came and sticking to something arbitrary like a portfolio high is baggage you don't need.
- The goal is to always survive. Losing some money is normal but you should never be in a position to zero your port. Under no circumstances.
one thing I've noticed with agents use
they excel at any job with clearly defined process, framework, or standards.
leave very minimal room for them to assume.
give them multiple examples of the expected outcome standards and let them do it and learn from your corrections.
crypto marketing has two angles
→ attention marketing
→ product marketing
and both do not produce the same result.
one buys you views, the other gets you users.
and doing one without the other produces suboptimal results.
sometimes surviving is the win
because you can't win if you're out of the game.
one of the biggest capital killers in crypto is thinking you can constantly grow your capital no matter what
the truth is that opportunities to substantially grow your capital are extremely rare
most of the time, your only job is to survive, stay active and stay curious so you’re ready to go big when those opportunities come
Stop naming your Grok bots like a pet!
Give them descriptive names like Solana memecoins trader, Polymarket LP rewards farmer, Airdrop hunter, X content creator.
Make the role obvious from the name cos name drives behaviour & sets the job tone before you drop the instructions.
Sometimes crypto is just small scammers complaining about bigger scammers
Larp KOLs claim they can deliver results they know they can't to get the deals
Projects enter deals and refuse to pay cos the results make payment feel like an exploit
The missing piece is reputation ✍️
they hired 200 kols at 50 bucks a post, didn't get the sales they wanted, and now won't pay them
A DEAL IS A DEAL. they posted, you pay. even if the results were trash
funniest part, they admit they've been in the same engagement groups for 2 years. they knew exactly how this works
yes CT is full of botted accounts making thousands a month selling fake audiences to brands. engagement groups and larpers everywhere. if you don't have a big budget for top tier kols it's hard to find the real ones
but that's what due diligence is for, and it happens before the deal
I've spent a month working on my @Polymarket LP farming bot and only managed to break even so far. the system is only now improving.
The memecoins trading bot is even harder to make profitable but now making progress on that too.
It's impractical what most of these posts claim.
As someone who’s been actually building trading AI agents, the larp on X is getting ridiculous.
All these posts about how you can one prompt in Agent to make you $5000 from $50 in a single night….
Like, are we serious?
If you’re actually interested in AI agents for trading, stay away from these posts.
If you had the hack, you wouldn’t be tweeting an entire article about it lol.
Everyone blame the advancement of AI for the increasing hacks
But why can't these companies and projects use the same AI to improve their security?
Or is it only the hackers that have access to advanced AI tech?
Every time I read another "Grok Bot team setup" I keep asking if I'm the only one with a weekly usage limit
Are you all running your bots on some free plans some genius usage optimisations?
every single thing is an investment
a word, an action, no matter how random or intentional it is
treat them as capital if you want better returns
good morning 🌞
Become an artisan
An influencer is incentivized by attention, so their content must be optimized to be consumed and forgotten (cheap dopamine).
A personal brand is incentivized by money, so their content must be optimized to move you down their sales funnel.
An artisan is incentivized by the satisfaction that comes from the quality of their work. They need attention and money, but for the sole purpose of spending more time on work they enjoy and the impact it has.
Become an artisan.
my biggest trading losses have come from refusing to take a small loss.
especially when trading prediction markets and memecoins.
lesson in that.

keep tab of the airdrops you're farming or you'll miss claim windows like this.
I missed claiming my @MeteoraAG season 2 airdrop by just one week because I stopped farming for a while and wasn't following the updates closely.
it's not much but it's still missed money.
About $6.3B was stolen from @binance and $3 billion has already been frozen on-chain 👏
This is the biggest cyber heist in the history of the internet, but thank God Binance will be able to cover it with the SAFU fund and company’s revenue.
A reminder that nowhere is safe.
Binance's initial investigation suggests that the security incident may involve a compromised DevOps engineer’s laptop, which allowed an attacker to gain access to a service container and submit unauthorized withdrawal transactions. We have found no evidence of any wallet private key leak. We will share a detailed technical post-mortem once the investigation is complete and the facts are fully verified.
The estimated total impact sits at around $6.3B. We have worked with blockchain partners to freeze affected assets, with ~$3 billion frozen on-chain so far.
Binance will cover all losses from the SAFU fund and the company’s funds. User funds are safe. We will also publish an updated Proof of Reserves once the remediation is complete.
As an immediate precaution, Binance has:
- temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals while security checks are completed;
- revoked the affected address authorisation;
- engaged law enforcement and blockchain intelligence partners to trace and recover funds.
Our teams are working around the clock to resolve this issue safely and thoroughly. We are working closely with our law enforcement partners to confirm the identity of these criminals and bring them to justice.
Please rely only on official Binance channels for updates. Please feel free to contact Binance Customer Support if you have any further questions.

Binance reportedly hacked for $5.6 billion
potentially by far the biggest hack in crypto history
please stay safe everyone! 🙏
also not sure what the deal is with October: last year we had 10/10 & this year we're potentially looking at the largest hack in crypto history just days before October ends! 🥲
Hackers are going after the two most liquid markets in crypto, @Polymarket and @binance
I hope @HyperliquidX is safe.
