BREAKING: $ATOM ETF filed by @REXShares
🔸 REX Advisers submitted a post-effective amendment for a REX-Osprey ATOM + Staking ETF under ETF Opportunities Trust.
🔸Objective: 1× $ATOM price exposure plus staking rewards, via direct holdings, delegation to validators, and/or liquid-staking tokens (LSTs).
🗓️Timing: Filed Oct 3, 2025 and slated to become effective in 75 days under Rule 485(a)(2) (≈ Dec 17, 2025) unless the SEC comments. The prospectus is “Subject to Completion.” 
What it means (if/when launched):
🔸Easy brokerage access to spot $ATOM in a regulated ETF wrapper, passing through staking yield.
🔸Holds $ATOM directly (via crypto custodian), may use non-US ETPs for exposure.
Note: Due to ~21-day unbonding period, only a portion of holdings will be staked to maintain liquidity.
This isn't approval yet - can't sell shares until effective. Still needs exchange listing, final ticker, and ops details. SEC could intervene.
