Navigator Report (Round 109) Starting from this round, I have adjusted my voting strategy to allocate around 15% to dApps that strengthen the VeBetterDAO infrastructure. I have also decided to remove GronCard from my voting portfolio for now, as there has been little visible communication or response from the development team. As for Wanchain, I am still waiting for further updates before making a long-term decision. BetterSwap BetterSwap has upgraded its liquidity pool mechanism to a model based on the widely adopted Uniswap architecture. In addition, liquidity in the VET/USDC pool has continued to grow, making it easier for users to swap between VET and USDC without relying on centralized exchanges. As a core piece of the VeBetterDAO ecosystem infrastructure, I will continue to support BetterSwap. CleanMate The mini-game rewards introduced after the World Cup are a great way to encourage more frequent app usage. I also appreciate that the team focuses on improving the user experience instead of relying heavily on advertising. Even more importantly, CleanMate rewards users for activities such as: Community clean-up events Recording SDG-related activities Online educational sessions (such as Zoom seminars) Real-world events This creates a positive cycle where people can promote VeBetterDAO while earning B3TR, which I believe is a sustainable approach to community growth. HangnDry The introduction of milestone NFTs and bonus rewards is an excellent update that helps keep long-term users engaged and motivated. Cleanify Cleanify is one of the easiest dApps to introduce to Japanese users because it also provides motivation to earn GM NFTs and support node participation. Development has been progressing at a slower pace compared to projects like Mugshot and GreenCart. However, unlike those projects, Cleanify has limited external revenue sources and no subscription model, so this slower pace is understandable. Even so, Cleanify continues to provide real value by encouraging users to: Pick up litter Dispose of waste properly Record environmentally friendly activities If future features such as notifications and GreenUp become more integrated into daily life, I believe Cleanify has strong potential to become an app that users engage with every day. Vyvo is currently undergoing a major organizational restructuring, and B3TR rewards are temporarily paused.
