Ross McInnes, Scottish pool's head honcho, but with fingers in multiple pies, has declared it is time to call it a day "doing events".
It is hard to overestimate the significance of his contribution towards the current status of blackball pool.
It is a well deserved retirement.

I've created a short blackball pool quiz.
It hasn't been made widely public... just being tested out presently to see that its functioning without any glitches.
You might want to try it out.

A second quiz, but did start to run out of ideas for questions... so a few are way off the topic of blackball!

Major tidy up of my garage/workshop over the past few weeks.
Shelving installed and tools on hooks!
Suspect it will be back to the usual clutter before too long though.

What do you think?
Illuminated Cueing Arts.
An interesting aid to practise?
Layouts and practice drills are projected on to a pool table.

In 1998 I created a magazine for the Dunfermline & District Pool League.
To read now it's dated and quaint... but there's both local and national pool news from that time.
