A train has broken down in the tunnel and we are in the process of transferring customers to a separate passenger shuttle via the service tunnel, to return to our Folkestone terminal. We apologise sincerely for this inconvenience.

@y_leriche terrible terrible service!! No communication unfairness in boarding cars when waits of up to 5 hours with pets in the car! You need to get a grip of this service. As CEO you should know how poor your service has become! Will be going on the ferry from now on.
