But the worst are the hourly assholes.

after a ~year of working full-time on my first venture - a perfume brand, i’ve decided to move on
wins:
- made a product people genuinely loved
- went from -70% ebitda to +5% cm3 during the hardest 4 months of my life
- built internal tools & workflows that are valuable and have paying users
- didn’t give up in the darkest days and took the business from almost zero revenue to $10k in a single month
lessons:
- conviction >>> anything else
- cash & cashflow are both super crucial in a bootsrapped brand
- bet sizing matters, not just the balls you have
- faster iteration & sheer execution trumps everything
- analysis paralysis is a fatal disease

I think what is actually needed is for Indian people to actually give a damn about their cities and fellow citizens.
Anybody using the "I pay taxes, I shouldn't have to do anything" excuse should go live in another country. India isn't developed, it's developing, so it needs patriots, not parasites. If this triggers you, it means you're part of the problem.
If you're not happy with the footpath (or a pothole, or anything else which is broken), fix it, or call someone to fix it, and don't give up until it's fixed. Be relentless. Be vocal. Be creative. Make it your mission to get that one thing fixed. Look at what Virendra (@Virendra0698) did by just calling the right people and being respectful (but also persistent). He and Arun Pai (@arunpaiblrwalks) along with the help of GBA and some wonderful volunteers turned an unofficial garbage dump into a pristine, beautiful footpath through sheer force of will.

Dealing with employee mistakes
1st time: Okay, if they own it.
2nd time: Still okay, if they own it, and ensure it does not repeat
3rd time: Clear warning.
4th time: Wish them all the best in their next role. Ideally with a competitor.
At that point the problem isn't the mistake. It's that they can't learn from one, and you can't fix that for them.

Conspiracy of Kejriwal and AAP to make Gurdwara Banga Sahib as center of protest and deliver lectures and slogans inside Gurdwara premises so that Police enter and they make it an issue in Punjab.
Gurdwara Committee should register FIR against person who delivered lecture inside premises defying Gurdwara staff.
This is common pathway before people remove shoes and cover their heads.
The post is highly misleading.
DSGMC has itself criticised the behaviour of some protestors who came inside and started raising slogans.
