Disappointed with customer service @JDSports I ordered a northface jacket on 4 nov and credit card debited on 8 nov but yet order apparently cancelled😡 I had to contact store to find out as @JDSports customer service ignored emails and have to go back to the store to get refund!

So update from @JDSports my order was not processed as the jacket was not in stock which I understand however still no explanation why they still proceeded to debit my card account £270 4 days after the order was placed and I have to drive back to the store to get a refund!
