Anthropic's customer service agent Fin told me yesterday I would have access to my account through 11:59pm on the cancel date and then my account gets cancelled a day before that so I lose all my usage on the $200 Max plan with large jobs ready to run @AnthropicAI @trq212

I've stayed with @claudeai @AnthropicAI through a lot of bumps in the road but this is too much for me. I've been waiting an hour and counting to get an issue their chatbot created fixed. There's just too many issues relying on this product

Our #COTW shows different #EV charge profiles corresponding to different lifestyles. In TX, we want to move late afternoon and evening charging to overnight/early morning when energy is cheap and clean. 40% of this sample already charges off peak, even w/o incentives.
