A scary situation at Six Flags Over Georgia; reports are flooding in of a rider passing away after falling from Goliath. The train supposedly came back with the restraint open. Goliath is currently closed, along with other B&M hypers in the chain

Love all the retro ride vehicles and gravestones for past attractions. The new Diablo house is LEGIT. Like… actually HHN level good.

Lagoon is officially getting the first Intamin Hot Racer in the US, J3 Grand Prix! 2 launches, 3 inversions, 12 airtime moments- sounds like it’s going to be an incredible ride!! And we love that the name pays homage to Jet Star 2! 🏁

Had a fantastic day at @knotts for plenty of rides on coasters during the day, with little to no crowds. Temps were extremely high (101!) so at one point we were the only ones in Xcelerators station! Afterwards we did @knottsscaryfarm, my fav Halloween event! This year was great!
News dropped yesterday that Glenwood Caverns is now under new ownership, sold to a Seattle firm called Gondola Ventures, who operates some ski resorts. The sale was for only 15 million dollars… significantly lower than what the park is valued at

Loved getting back to Disneyland, really just a fantastic guest experience. There’s so much to do that it spreads out the crowds quite nicely. Obviously still a ton of people, but it’s easy to get on a lot of rides throughout the day. Haunted Mansion Holiday was the highlight!

Fast & Furious Hollywood Drift was my most anticipated new for 2026 attraction, and it did not disappoint! 8 rides later and I was smiling from ear to ear! The layout, rotations, terrain use… it’s all just so well done. A fantastic addition and slam dunk for Universal!!
It may be a sad day for coaster fans, but there is a silver lining! ABC4 news in Utah just dropped a new article with details about Lagoons 2027 coaster- it’s an Intamin single rail, the first in America! 2 launches, 50 feet tall, 13 airtime moments!

While they are very far away, I hope today’s news inspires some to make a trip one day to Fuji-Q in Japan or China Dinosaur Park to experience the other two 4D coasters. Both are considerably smoother than X2, and even more out of control. Amazing rides that rank very high for me
Six Flags Magic Mountain has announced the closure of X2. Considering everything that’s happened, this is not much of a surprise. While I will of course miss the attraction, ultimately I think this was the right move.
