i was wrong on @agora_elysium. yesterday i had doubts bc the fee wallet that’s supposed to fund buybacks and pay holders had never sent a single tx. when i checked, that was true. ~3 hours later, it started paying. today i went through every tx on-chain, and my doubts are gone. nov 3, 11:14 utc: the fee wallet bought 1.11m $agora with 2.32 hype and burned all of it. nov 4, 07:45 utc: same again. 0.74m $agora bought with 1.32 hype, burned right after each buyback, hype went out to 341, then 356 holders in a single batch. every holder got the exact same hype per token held. 0.000467 hype per 1m $agora on day 1. the split matches the docs exactly: 30% of app revenue to buyback & burn, 5% to holders. total so far: 1.85m $agora burned and ~$53 of hype paid to holders. small numbers. but it works, and it runs on real revenue. and the usage is real (last 24h): 881 trades, 235 wallets, ~$132k through the agora router agora = 2.67% of all trading on elysium, up from 1.86% the day before $agora itself is now 9.9% of router volume, down from 22.7%. people use the app to trade other coins, not just its own. and it’s not botted 0 trades less than 5 seconds apart among the 20 most active wallets 3 suspicious wash round-trips in 24h. total: 1 hype no funding farm: wallets come from bridges or bridged in from their own hyperevm address. the biggest cluster is 4 wallets dust wallets (median trade under $10): 0.9% of volume what i’m still watching the token tax isn’t part of the split. the dev’s wallet holds 32.6 hype of it. the team said the split covers app revenue, not the coin, and that’s exactly what’s happening 41% of volume comes from 33 big $agora holders who trade fee-free. good for them, less revenue for everyone else one wallet still owns every contract not financial advice. just reading the chain.
