Most early brands fail in the mouth, not on the page.
If a customer has to spell it, shorten it, or add “the app that…” every time they recommend you, the name is doing extra work.
Say it once to someone who has never heard of you.
If they repeat a different name, use that one..

🎯 Building a network of 100K developers on X.
I’m a Software Engineer sharing what I learn and build around:
→ TypeScript & JavaScript
→ Node.js • Express • NestJS
→ PostgreSQL • MongoDB
→ Golang (learning in public)
→ AI/LLM integration
→ Claude Code • Codex
→ Backend & System Design
No guru stuff. Just real lessons, useful tips, experiments, and mistakes.
If you’re building, learning, or leveling up in tech:
Follow me + reply “🤝” — let’s connect and grow together.
100K starts with 1 connection. 🚀

The best interview revision strategy isn't
"Learn everything."
It's:
→ Master fundamentals
→ Revise your stack
→ Study real-world trade-offs
→ Practice system design
→ Solve problems
→ Explain your decisions
→ Review your mistakes
→ Ask better questions
Don't prepare to pass questions.
Prepare to think like an engineer.
What else

Real question:
- Long term goal + high benefits
- short term goal + low benefits

Backend Devs!
Your API has a single endpoint that performs authentication, validation, business logic, payment processing, and email sending.
What architectural problem do you see?

This is actually wtf 😭
Ask ChatGPT to pick a number between 1 and 30.
It’ll always say 17 or 23.
Try it yourself.

💡 JavaScript/TypeScript tip
Don’t confuse typeof with instanceof.
"typeof value"
checks a value’s type at runtime (string, number, object, etc.).
"instanceof"
checks whether an object belongs to a class/prototype chain.
Think:
👉 typeof = “What type are you?”
👉 instanceof = “Are you an instance of this class?”

As a JavaScript Developer you should know how JavaScript Engine & Execution Context works.
Think of JavaScript as:
Code → JavaScript Engine → Execution Context → Execution

CONSISTENCY IN SYSTEM DESIGN
Consistency means every user sees the correct and up-to-date data across the entire system.
In simple terms:
Consistency = Everyone sees the same truth.
In distributed systems, maintaining consistency becomes challenging because data is often stored across multiple servers or regions.
TYPES OF CONSISTENCY
STRONG CONSISTENCY
Every read returns the most recent write.
Example:
You update your bank balance.
Every device immediately shows the updated balance.
Pros:
→ Always accurate
→ No stale data
Cons:
→ Higher latency
→ Reduced availability during failures
EVENTUAL CONSISTENCY
Updates take time to propagate.
Eventually, every copy of the data becomes the same.
Example:
You change your profile picture.
Some users may still see the old picture for a few seconds until all servers synchronize.
Pros:
→ Better availability
→ Lower latency
→ Improved scalability
Cons:
→ Temporary stale data
HOW SYSTEMS ACHIEVE CONSISTENCY
DATA REPLICATION
Synchronize data across multiple replicas.
DISTRIBUTED CONSENSUS
Ensure all nodes agree before committing changes.
Examples:
→ Raft
→ Paxos
LEADER-BASED REPLICATION
One primary node accepts writes.
Replicas receive updates from the primary.
QUORUM READS AND WRITES
Require a majority of replicas to participate before confirming operations.
REAL-WORLD EXAMPLES
→ Banking systems prioritize strong consistency for financial transactions.
→ Social media platforms often use eventual consistency for posts and likes.
→ DNS systems use eventual consistency as updates propagate across the internet.
BENEFITS OF CONSISTENCY
→ Accurate data
→ Predictable application behavior
→ Improved user trust
→ Reliable transactions
→ Reduced data conflicts
CHALLENGES
→ Network partitions
→ Replication delays
→ Higher latency
→ Increased system complexity
RULE OF THUMB
Choose strong consistency when correctness is critical. Choose eventual consistency when availability, scalability, and performance matter more than immediate synchronization.
