Mistake to think Twitter is a medium for academic exchange. It's not, it's a madhouse, and everyone on it is mad, in both senses of word.
I think it’s fairly clear that the Israeli public have said they want a proper inquiry into the security and intelligence failures of October 2023. Quite right too.
Well they’ve obviously all got the memo on this one. Occupied people have to right to vote in the elections of the occupying state. The 400k in Jerusalem has some validity, but the vast majority of them have never applied for Israeli citizenship, and probably don’t want it. Their choice. But if you aren’t a citizen you don’t get a vote. It’s not hard.
The far-left pattern of affirming indigenous rights everywhere except when Jews are the claimants is a real puzzle isn’t it (not).
Man Utd are crazy. Last season Carrick oversaw the final 17 Premier League games and recorded 12 wins, 3 draws and 2 losses (39 points). That was the highest points total of any Premier League side in that period. United finished 3rd overall with 71 points, qualifying for the Champions League after finishing 15th the previous season.
And now after 8 games and terrible Champions league performances they’re probably going to get rid of him. I wouldn’t have given him the job anyway, but you’ll get nowhere by chopping and changing like this. Eddie Howe would be mad to join this lot.
❌ "They don't know what they're doing."
😳 "There's no endgame."

Ever the master of understatement. “But in this thread we are focusing on the far right” (everyone that doesn’t agree with her. But you have to hand it to her. She’s consistent. She demands the ability to define the far right, the left, and the one true feminism. Cynics might think this is an exclusionary project.
Worth reading. Academic malpractice or malfeasance. You decide.

No matter how many times I hear her, her voice still leaves me speechless. She had one of the most extraordinary singing voices in music history.
Professor of practice was always a dumb idea.

The world No. 1 in women's tennis, Aryna Sabalenka, unleashes a devastating and unfiltered statement: "It's vital to protect fairness. Biologically, men are much stronger than women. It's not fair. It's not equality. It's not women's sports if we let biological men compete against us." She sides with Sophie Cunningham and sends a clear message: women are not going to keep staying silent while they steal our titles, podiums, and opportunities from us.
He’s right about one thing. The Arabs should have taken the L in 1948, 1967, or 1973 (add as required). Just like defeated people have done throughout history. It’s not nice, it’s not just, but it is international politics.
As an Israeli Jewish woman, part of a demographic that Nick Fuentes dislikes, to put it mildly, I endorse Nick’s message in this particular video.
Those who want peace should extend a hand, and the Jews will extend theirs in return.
Those who want to stay alive and live in peace should not attack Jews.
If you attack Jews, you are risking yourself and everyone around you, kindly refrain.
Have a great day everyone 🙏🏼
The terrible attack on Helen Haines, has sent Australia into a tail spin about violence. In particular, listening to Parliament today you’d think this was an attack on the basis of political beliefs. But, from everything we know, it wasn’t, it was the kind of mindless attack from a mentally ill person that could happen to anyone. That won’t stop Australian politicians, aided and abetted by the media, putting more controls on free speech. Australia is in an authoritarian spiral.
If academia is going to suggest this isn’t plagiarism, it might as well fully embrace AI drafted research (well everything really), sign their own redundancy cheques and shut the door on the way out. Oh, and all the students who’ve been penalised for far less than this need to bring legal action. Of course it’s plagiarism.
This thread is an allegory of Alonso’s last several years: claim after claim, none of them backed by evidence. Hardly surprising if you’ve read his PhD. Nor is his persistent effort to reinterpret international law in ways that limit Western states’ capacity to defend themselves. Alonso invokes international law constantly, but once you read the thesis it becomes clear he is not defending the existing framework; he is reframing it to suit his purposes.
It’s been more than 24 hours since I asked, and nobody has been able to provide a single shred of evidence. I think we can safely say that @Alonso_GD has never seen a video of Israel executing children.
