So I see Twitter is just as broken as me now 😢 I can't believe I spend more time back on FB these days. Not much more time, because social media just sucks in general these days. I miss old Twitter so much.

Had a session with my therapist today, and she asked what I have been doing for self care. I told her that I've been watching a lot of #TedLasso lately. She said great, let's explore some other kinds of self care. My session ended, and I immediately watched another episode 😂
