Hezbollah Abroad
Within four weeks of Hezbollah joining the Iran war:
A truck with explosives hit a Michigan synagogue.
The UAE dismantled a Hezbollah- and Iran-funded network.
Kuwait arrested a cell trained to assassinate its leaders.
The part of Hezbollah Israel hurt least went to war.
“If you encounter ICE, here’s what every New Yorker should know” — except @NYCMayor's video is in Spanish and walks through not opening the door, checking for a real judicial warrant, staying silent, and walking away if they say you’re free to go. Standard “know your rights” stuff that lawyers say all the time. What’s less standard is the mayor of the biggest city in the country personally delivering it, in Spanish, right as federal agents are doing their job.
Every faction in Iran can use that line. It also joins a longer ledger: Clinton in 2009, “the people we are fighting today, we funded 20 years ago,” with Pakistan left holding the aftermath.

“We installed the Shah. We installed Khomeini in 1979. We took out the Shah.”
US envoy Tom Barrack @USAMBTurkiye, Oct 23. Six days on, no White House correction of the Khomeini claim, while strikes on Iran are weighed for after Nov 3.
1953 is documented. 1979 is not.

The UK launched “Be Ready” on Oct 22. Most of the rest of the list is guidance from 2024–25 that’s being reshared. The pattern that matters is institutions planning to go without outside help, from households to the Pentagon’s 90-day bases.

How sanctions on Al-Qard al-Hassan, Jood and courier networks are squeezing Hezbollah, and why Lebanon’s own crackdown has stalled.

Following the Money
US Treasury: Iran sent Hezbollah more than $1 billion in 2025, mostly through money exchangers, not banks.
Sanctions have hammered Al-Qard al-Hassan and pushed Hezbollah out of the banking system. Its money now moves through exchangers, gold and couriers.
Why the Lebanese army will not use force, and how Israel and Washington are responding, from the Yellow Line to conditions on US aid.

The Disarmament Test
Lebanon has promised to disarm Hezbollah three times since 2024 and missed every deadline.
The army declared the south under its control in January 2026. Eight weeks later, Hezbollah went to war from the south.
Who is helping Hezbollah rebuild, the routes still open, and why a cheaper, local arsenal is harder to stop.

Rearming North of the Litani
Assad’s fall cut Hezbollah’s land bridge from Iran. Syria has since seized at least 8 shipments bound for the group.
Hezbollah adapted. It now gets cash and know-how from Iran, and makes more of its own weapons. Its 2026 drones were built in Lebanon.
Two decapitations, a leadership rebuilt around politicians, and a group whose war decisions now track Tehran’s.

Part 1: Who Runs Hezbollah Now
Israel killed Hezbollah’s chief of staff in Nov 2025, then its intelligence chief and southern front commander in 2026.
A year on, Hezbollah has not publicly named a new military chief. Its leader has pledged “loyalty to your command” to Iran’s new supreme leader.

Hezbollah After Nasrallah
Hezbollah has lost Nasrallah, two generations of commanders and its access to Lebanon’s banks.
It is still armed, still funded by Iran and still active from the Gulf to the Americas.
Our new 7-part series examines Hezbollah from every side.

You do realize that document is specific to the Muslim Brotherhood, which still has not been banned in the United States.
