₦5,000 each? Is this what Governor @RealAARahman AbdulRazaq calls empowerment after almost seven years in office?
Hon. @MaryamAladi, the Deputy Chief Whip, is pictured distributing ₦5,000 to small business owners and elderly people in Ilorin South.
Interestingly, Ambassador Yahaya Seriki, who holds no government position, is reportedly putting ₦4 billion into empowering Kwarans, with beneficiaries receiving millions of naira and cars.
A private individual is making such a commitment, while a state government is celebrating ₦5,000 support. Something is clearly wrong with our priorities.
AbdulRahman, Kwara people deserve better than this.

The biggest investment in Infrastructure in Kwara till date was done by the PDP.
Under PDP, the economy of Kwara state thrived enough that University graduates stayed back in Ilorin to start businesses. Do you know how many businesses have closed down in ilorin in recently?
You can criticize APC all you want in Kwara, but PDP was worse. At least Ilorin shows what APC has done so far. PDP ruled Kwara like Tinubu is ruling Nigeria.
The problem now is, even though people don’t want APC anymore, who’s a better opposition to take over? Definitely not PDP 😂. Saraki don try abeg make he no come again .

This jumaat , I remember the kind gesture of our leader, Dr. Abubakar @bukolasaraki , towards a market woman at Mandate Market who was oppressed by the Kwara State Government because of her support for Dr. Saraki.
Unbeknownst to her, this incident will change her life as Dr. @bukolasaraki heard about the incident and provided her with a shop, stocked it with rice, palm oil and other sundry goods with a promise to keep empowering her.
