🟦Marco Rubio is the best choice for Republicans in 2028.
Not JD Vance.
Do you agree?🔴

The perspective we bring to life often dictates the light we find in it. Our focus is a powerful lens. It shapes how we experience the world around us and how we understand God’s presence in our daily lives. Scripture reminds us to look beyond the surface of our circumstances. Living with spiritual perception means recognizing that even in moments of trial or scarcity, grace is continuously woven through our lives. Gratitude opens the door to genuine joy. Joy is not the absence of struggle or the presence of a perfect life. It is the steady, quiet confidence that comes from knowing God is present, active, and good, regardless of what surrounds us.

In the middle of a storm, our immediate instinct is survival. We ask for the circumstances around us to shift because discomfort feels like a mistake or a punishment. The heavy stuff—the waiting, the friction, the uncertainty—ends up being the exact tool required to refine character, build patience, or drop baggage we didn't even realize we were carrying. Asking God to remove the uncomfortable scenario too soon is sometimes asking Him to remove the very thing that’s growing us into who we need to be next.
The 2026 midterm elections marked a big political change, with a strong “blue wave” putting Democrats in office. Voters across the country handed the Democratic Party major wins in both the House and Senate, even in states that usually vote Republican. Commentators said the results showed worries about the cost of living, inflation, congressional leadership, and the country’s direction.

Scripture reminds us that we were not created for endless labor. High performance and inner peace do not come from relentless effort, but from intentional rest. By bringing God into our daily routine through short, deliberate pauses, we turn mundane moments into sacred space. Stepping back for five minutes isn't a sign of weakness—it’s an act of faith. It acknowledges that God is ultimately in control, and that our worth is already secure in Him regardless of what we accomplish today.

JD Vance negotiated with the Islamic regime and helped it stay in power through the elections.
Qatar and Pakistan sat at the table. Mass executions continued.
Death row numbers stayed in the tens of thousands.
JD Vance just blamed Israel for his own actions.
Shame on him!
🛑JD Vance is now bringing Israel into the blame game over the Republican midterm defeat.
The Vice President pointed to four issues: the war with Iran, the cost of living, failing to put America First, and the U.S.-Israel relationship.
He also said voters who abandoned the Republicans want Washington to change its relationship with Israel.
The Republicans lost control of Congress. Now Israel is being brought into the explanation for their defeat.
WOW!!!!!
The readings for the Thirty-Second Sunday in Ordinary Time share a strong message about living with faith, trusting in God’s wisdom, and staying hopeful and ready as we wait for Jesus’ return. The Scriptures invite us to grow closer to Him, believe in the promise of eternal life, and keep our hearts prepared for the Lord’s return. Each reading adds something important.

The depth of our sorrow in loss is directly proportional to the richness of the life we shared. Yet feeling that void so deeply proves something extraordinary. It means that what was shared was real, meaningful, and transformative. A life lived without the risk of grief is a life lived far from love. To honor those we have loved and lost is not to pretend the pain isn't real, but to wear it with gentle grace.

When John the Baptist saw Jesus coming toward him, he declared, "Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!" (John 1:29). The image of the Lamb represents ultimate sacrifice, humility, and unconditional love. Placing our hope in Him means recognizing that we don't have to carry the weight of the world on our own shoulders. Jesus already bore that weight for us. This Election Day, trust God.
A common question about Christianity is why the Old Testament contains stories of violence, while the New Testament focuses on peace. Critics often mention wars, judgment, and God’s punishments in the Old Testament, then wonder how this matches with Jesus Christ, who taught love, forgiveness, and peace.

I am a woman. I have a daughter. I’m disgusted by the surge in violence against women in the last five years that our Attorney General and Governor have overseen.
A woman was stabbed in the neck jogging along a busy area of Brooklyn this week. A woman was raped at knifepoint in Central Park last week. A woman was stabbed to death in Times Square walking to work on her first day back from maternity leave last summer. Assaults are up. Domestic violence is up. Strangulation is up. Orders of protection are up. And they’ve increased each year for the last five years.
This is happening because the leaders we currently have in Albany are not taking the steps necessary to put repeat offenders behind bars and get the severely mentally ill into treatment.
I think we should elect people based on their ideas and whether they’re doing a good job. Please keep violence against women in mind this Election Day and vote for a safer New York.
NEW: In a joint sit down with @MarieClaire, Governor @KathyHochul and @AdrienneEAdams talk about childcare, leading in the Trump era, and the history they’re making as New York’s first all woman ticket.

Letitia James has twice as many people assigned to prosecute cops as criminals.
As Attorney General, I’ll give DAs the help they’ve been asking for and fix the bail laws that let criminals walk.

Nobody should be talking about anything else right now. Not the drama, not the distractions. Election Day is Tuesday, and this is all that matters.
Stand with President Trump, vote Republican all the way down the ballot, and hold every one of them accountable ❤️🙏🏻

Tomorrow is Election Day! New York can't afford four more years of Kathy Hochul. Vote affordable tomorrow.

God’s response to humanity's brokenness was not to issue a decree from afar, but to enter human history directly. In Jesus, God takes on human flesh to draw close to human suffering and weakness. Mercy is recognized as God’s supreme attribute in relation to humanity. God’s almighty power is declared most fully through His infinite capacity to forgive, heal, and redeem.

Suppression doesn't heal; it simply lets anger fester into bitterness. Real prayer begins when we stop editing ourselves before God. Throughout Scripture, writers and psalmists never held back their confusion, hurt, or raw outrage. They poured out their emotions directly, trusting that God was strong enough to handle their frustration. When you hand your anger over in prayer, you aren't indulging in unchecked rage. Instead, you place the situation where it can be transformed. You are letting go of the need to manage the outcome, settle the score, or carry the emotional burden by yourself.

I’m proposing no state income tax on the first $100,000 for couples and $50,000 for single filers. That’s $5,000 back in your wallet. Hear my plan, and make your voice heard on November 3!

I've been to every single one of the 62 counties in the state. Tish James has not. I've spoken with crime victims in every county. Tish James has not. They tell me what they see and how they feel. New Yorkers feel less safe than they did five years ago and the facts confirm those feelings.
