I am in disbelief that after Javits Frimpong was shot in the stomach, he laid there on the concrete for 30 minutes b/c multiple people saw him, walked by and didn’t call 911.

The girl in question even wrote a letter at the time in 1994 trying to get the charges dropped after he already pleaded guilty.
