I've given four of these #MagicTheGathering decks a look so far, and they all look pretty good-- tightly-themed, some good cards, and upgradable without really needing time be upgraded. I'm tempted to buy another set to stock up on basic lands and some commander staples.
I dreamed about a former love last night. I don't recall all of it, but just before I woke, she was sitting on my back patio, legs outstretched. I leaned over and kissed her.

I made it to Geneva. Unfortunately, check-in is still a few hours away, so I am chilling at the hotel's cute little restaurant/bar. Tomorrow, Chamonix. Friday, the actual trek begins.

Before leaving #Denver, I dropped by The Wizard's Chest. This extra-dimensional space is a "must visit" on any trip to CO. The upstairs is full of costumes and magic tricks. The downstairs is given over to all manner of games. I left with Magic cards and a coffee mug.
I went looking for Dalton's Cheeseburgers but found the Rino Country Club, a neighborhood bar with burger stand (Dalton's) and putt putt course. The place was great. The double burger (one of the best I've had) came with waffle fries and green chili pimento cheese dip and ranch.
I was trying to get lunch when a pair of well-meaning chaplains grabbed me to bless my hands. Now armed with my +1 Holy Natural Weapons, I am ready to fight some demons. I just hope we don't encounter a slew of SSI's that trace back to their pitcher.

Sometimes-- when I have the time-- I sit and think about how I fucked everything up so badly. Sometimes, I even cry. Then, I dust myself off and go fuck up some more shit. And that's how I know I am still living.
