I also don't get why people are so upset over otome players wanting things to be properly labeled/interacted with as they are. You can have your headcanons, yet you shouldn't expect an entire genre to change to fit your wants, especially when you already have a genre for that.

Tagging something with a genre sets up expectations. If the movie says it's a horror film, then I expect to be scared not laugh or yearn. When I play amare games like Obey Me (it's not otome), I adjust my expectations of the love interests referring to me in gender-neutral terms.

some ppl think suo doesnt have an eyeball but a cornea transplant only removes the transparent outer layer of the eye. his iris would still be intact underneath however the eye appears cloudy grey/whitish on top which means.. he potentially has two diff eye colors like sakura

[NR+CN] "Hanazakari no Kimitachi e" ("To You in Full Bloom") gets new drama adaptation starring Kawamura Hana & #THERAMPAGE Hasegawa Makoto/Fujiwara Itsuki.
It'll start December 5th (NTV) as the 3rd adaptation after one in 2007 and one in 2011.
