I've just upgraded to #Venturaos and it's the first time I switched back to light mode (after several years of dark mode). Feels to fresh and calm ) Kind of reminds me of #ios7 Thanks @Apple

Congrats to the high school Class of 2020, as well as to the teachers, coaches, and most of all, parents and family who’ve guided you along the way. Thanks for letting me be part of your big day!

"how many layers of agile are you on?"
"like maybe 5 or 6 right now, we use trello, do standup"

It's only a "deadline" if your project will die failing to meet it. Otherwise it's just a sadline. I'm going to call them that from now on.
Test management tools came from an era where testing was a down-stream, independently managed process. Most questions were focused on "managing effort - showing progress" side of the story rather the assisting development in delivering quality products (an #agile mindset)

If you can write production code that covers all cases then you can write tests that cover all cases.

Have fun!

I've never bought Sutherland's "twice the work, half the time" thing. It's more "better work, as much time as it takes." To me, the key to "better" is experimentation, communication, & collaboration. Mix in continuous improvement and time will take care of itself.

Glue code shouldn’t do any direct work, i.e. step definition methods shouldn’t call WebDriver, or invoke a web service, or query a database...

Everyone makes mistakes. The main difference is that successful people learn from them and unsuccessful people don’t. By creating an environment in which it's okay to safely make mistakes so that people can learn from them, you’ll see rapid progress & fewer significant mistakes.
