JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon says America’s affordable housing crisis is largely caused by government regulations… and fixing it wouldn’t require another dollar of government spending: “Good public policy is free.” 🇺🇸
“Good public policy is free. If we do a better job with schools, it’s free. If we improve our regulatory system, it’s free.
I’m not just talking about banks, by the way. You could be a restaurant. You could be a small business. It’s terrible—federal, state, local permitting.
The affordable housing problem? It’s all regulatory stuff. You can’t build a multifamily building. You can’t put this here. It doesn’t have enough parking. It’s got to have all these things.
We can fix this stuff, and it’s free. The government doesn’t have to borrow more money to fix it.
We already spend the money. We just need to fix the system.
We should all get involved in fixing these policies that would make our country work far better. Deregulation is part of it.”
Tough to argue with Jamie here, if you need an example, just look at Canada or Europe. The most unaffordable housing markets driven by over regulation and over permitting.

🚨 GLOBALISM JUST DIED IN DAVOS
Howard Lutnick just walked into the lion’s den — and told the World Economic Forum exactly what they didn’t want to hear.
“Globalism has failed.”
Not whispered.
Not softened.
Declared — on their own stage.
He dismantled the entire WEF doctrine in minutes:
• Offshoring hollowed out the West
• Cheap labor destroyed innovation
• Net Zero made Europe dependent on China
• Sovereignty begins with borders
• Nations must control their industry, energy, and medicine
Then came the line that shook the room:
“Why would Europe agree to Net Zero when they don’t even make a battery?”
That’s the truth globalists can’t answer.
Green agendas without industry.
Climate pledges without sovereignty.
Moral posturing while outsourcing power to Beijing.
America First isn’t isolation.
It’s independence.
And Lutnick made it crystal clear:
The old model is finished.
The globalist experiment has failed.
And the future belongs to nations that put their people first.
Davos just heard the obituary — live.
$MELI taking a big 11.7% hit today.
It's now 39% off the high set in 2025.
$1,495 is the low set back in May 2026
No position
$ASTS is now 70% off the high.
This is one to watch when it sets up a new base.
No position.
$RKLB is now 65% off the high.

$IREN is now 68% off the high. Technically, it's a mess.
No position.
$UBER - $66.43, down 34% from the high set back in September 2025.
It has been the dog of my long term portfolio. My cost basis is up to $65 so slightly above even. It hasn't worked out as expected but still holding shares.
It's in a stage 4.
Fundamentally, I still like what I see.
$GOOGL - $319.80, the stock is still trading down from the high set back in May. A six month base that is now trading below the 200d ma.
The stock is 20% off highs and +5% YTD.
A failed recovery of the 200d ma could signal a deeper drawdown coming.
$NFLX - $65.85, had its lowest closing low since August 2024.
The stock is now down 51% from highs during this stage 4 drawdown.
I sold my shares back in November 2025 at $112 per share, down 41% since.
Be patient and let it form a new base (stage 1) before a new potential run.
Folks on X celebrating who own stocks down 40% YTD but up a few points from their low of -50%.
The broke leading the clueless.
Takers (socialists) never have enough of someone else's earned money:
Total Government Spending: France's total public expenditure sits at approximately 57% to 57.3% of GDP, which is among the highest in the developed world and the second highest in the euro area.

The $SE stage 2 setup failed with the recent breakdown.
"Stage 2 breakout bases of institutional-quality stocks have a high success rate in a healthy market uptrend, with many advancing 20% or more from the buy point."
This isn't a "healthy market"
We'll see if it can rebound and make a new setup.
$SE - $112.82
The stock is starting a new stage 2 pattern above the 200d ma, which is starting to flatten out.
Fundamentals are positive and growing.

$IREN - $27.73, down 42% since I first asked about it.
It's been a tough environment for these stocks without positive earnings.
No position.
What's the affection for $IREN - $47.74...?
Currently building a cup shaped pattern above the 200d ma, sign of strength, technically speaking.
But the fundamentals aren't the most appealing...
No position.
If you want to know why $IREN is 64% off its high and down 60% YTD, just look at the fundamentals.
The environment for this type of stock has soured in 2026.
It may have big potential but be patient. You need a catalyst change and a positive trend for fundamentals.
