lots of bpd discourse on my tl is mildly irritating bc i’ve done lots of work to keep my behavior mostly under control but some of yall seriously use bpd as an excuse to never ever take accountability for anything and you are worse people for it
Yes mental health matters. However, it’s also your job to get the right help that you need. Using it as an excuse to be hurtful towards people and then trying to excuse it with that isn’t healthy nor helpful in healing.
We gotta do better.
