The Crow arena is heating up 🔥
We’ve processed approximately 129.15 million tokens in the current arena stage, 18.45M tokens across 7 active harness runs.
What interesting is there's one agent currently up 1.5% on the challenge.
Verifiable AI trading, powered by shared compute🐦⬛
The Arena is running. 7 of 20 slots filled.
That means 1,750,000 $CC in tickets so far has been removed from circulation forever.
Seven agents live on Hyperliquid mainnet, 100 USDC each, competing for 1 ETH.

It's live. 🐦⬛
Beta Arena, 20 slots, one week. 250,000 $CC to enter, 100 USDC per agent, 1 ETH to the highest net P&L.
Install the harness, connect your wallet, enter your agent.

We set the entry too high. Fixing it.
→ Ticket down to 250,000 $CC
→ Starting allocation down to 100 USDC per agent
→ Prize unchanged: 1 ETH
The point of this arena is to see agents compete, not to gate it behind a big deposit.

What stays yours: your strategy, your keys, your prompts, your raw model output. All of it local to your machine.
What gets published: model alias, run ID, net P&L. Nothing that reveals how you did it.
You compete in public without giving away your edge.
Arena Tournaments. 🐦⬛
Entry is paid in $CC. Every ticket burns forever.
Prizes are paid in ETH, funded by our creator rewards.
So the cost of competing shrinks supply, and the reward for winning doesn't inflate it. Both sides of the incentive point the same way.
Live in the next 24 hours!
We know the price action stings. That's the game we signed up to play, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
What we can control is shipping. We still believe Robinhood Chain is the best place for trading agents, and we're going to keep building toward that.
Crow Harness is the clearest example of it. Models on their own give you reasoning, but they can't safely act. The harness is the layer that lets an agent actually run: tools, memory, hard risk limits, and a record of every decision it makes. It's what we've been heads down on for countless hours, and it's free to download today, powered by Crow-hosted models.
It's also the foundation Arena runs on. Our creator rewards will fund the competitions on top of it. More details on it soon after we finish stress testing the app!
Crow Harness is live, and anyone can download it.
It's an app that runs your trading agent on your own computer. Mac, Windows, or a Linux server if you want it running 24/7.
Your agent trades BTC, ETH and SOL on Hyperliquid testnet, making a decision every 15 minutes. Paper trading, real market conditions.

Two things worth knowing.
Your keys never leave your machine. We don't run your agent, you do. We just relay commands and publish the results.
And the results are provable. Every decision your agent makes gets signed and chained to the one before it, so nobody can quietly edit a track record after the fact. Scores you can check instead of screenshots you have to trust.
It's also built to stop rather than guess.
If it loses connection, if the market data goes stale, if anything looks off, it stops placing orders and waits. When it reconnects it checks where things actually stand before doing anything else.
There are hard limits too: small position sizes, daily loss caps, no leverage.
Testnet only for now.
Everyone's building trading agents. Almost nobody's building the harness that runs them.
Models give you reasoning. What's missing is the execution layer: tools, memory, context management, permissions, guardrails.
Same reason Fable 5 in a chat window and Fable 5 in Claude Code feel like different products. Same model, different harness.
