Before we get into Season 7, let’s talk about how we got here. Crossfire started with 32 teams and a $1,500 prize pool. Nobody knew what it would turn into. Season 1 came down to Regain vs. Villainous. Neither team had dropped a single map. Regain swept them 2-0, with Fuzenko dropping 35 frags in the series to take the first ever Crossfire title. Season 2, the prize pool went up to $2,500. Regain and @Zomblers both made the final without dropping a single map. Zomblers took it and handed Regain their first final loss. Season 3, Chicken Coop took their first title, beating Regain in the final. 3 seasons, 3 finals, and two losses for Regain. Then Regain came back angry. Season 4, $3,500 on the line, sold out in one day. They didn’t drop a map on the way to the final, and waiting for them was Zomblers. A Season 2 rematch. 68 rounds across two maps, including a 25-21 overtime war on Overpass. Regain got their revenge 2-0. Title #2. Season 5, $5,000 prize pool and all 32 spots gone in under 3 hours. Regain went 2-0 in four straight series, dropped map one of the final to CLUB 333 in overtime, then took the next two. Title #3. Five seasons, five straight grand finals for Regain. Season 6, everything doubled. 56 teams. $10,000 prize pool. $6,000 to the winner. And WaR walked away as champions. Which brings us to now. Regain chasing #4. Chicken Coop chasing #2. The strongest field Crossfire has ever seen. And the reigning champs, WaR, haven’t signed up yet. 7 spots left. Are they coming back to defend, or is the crown up for grabs?

So far,@PlayCrossfireGG Season 7 is at 49 of the 56 spots filled, and we are STACKED. @regaincs going for title #4. @ChickenCoopGG going for title #2. Then we have @WantedGoons , @VillainousLLC , CLUB 333, Olympus, @OmenEsportsCS2 , @team_empirecs , @IAStormboar , @ggDetonate , @NuToriousGG all in. This might be the greatest pool of teams we've seen!

I’m still surprise I haven’t blocked this kid yet.
