Following multiple rounds of verification, we have completed full compensation for affected users whose claims have been verified and approved. We know that no platform can simply promise that security incidents will never happen. Following the security incident, we have completed a comprehensive security upgrade, adding three layers of server protection and strengthening private key safeguards. Additional identity verification is now required when exporting private keys. We will continue reviewing risks and improving our defenses. We have completed compensation for over 1,000 affected users. We remain committed to taking responsibility and putting our users first.
