ZetaChain proposes shutting down its L1 on December 9 and migrating to Solana @ZetaChain Foundation has opened a vote on Governance Proposal 2 (closing on November 7, 2026). If it passes, a snapshot of all $ZETA balances will be taken on December 9 at block ~20,755,000 (including staking, unbonding, and staking rewards). ZetaChain's own Layer 1 blockchain will be permanently halted. ZETA will migrate to @solana as a native SPL token at a 1:1 ratio (ticker remains unchanged). On the same day, ZetaLabs will launch - a private AI platform for financial markets (built on Anuma Chat), where ZETA will serve as the primary token. Additionally: in 2027, they plan to burn ~55 million ZETA from undistributed validator rewards (~4.6 million per month). What token holders need to know: • Individual claims via ZetaHub (hub.zetachain.com/migrate) starting December 9 (minimum 10 ZETA). • Exchange-held balances will be converted by the exchanges themselves. • Tokens in liquidity pools and contracts must be withdrawn before the snapshot. • ZETA on Ethereum remains unchanged. None of this will happen until the vote passes. Earlier in September, Proposal 68 already approved the migration direction with 99.4% support.

EEZ: 3 Atomic L1 <-> L2 Breakthroughs at Devcon At Devcon in Mumbai, the EEZ (Ethereum Economic Zone) team demonstrated the first three cases of true atomic (synchronous) composability between Ethereum L1 and a rollup - all within a single transaction, with no bridges, waiting periods, or extra signatures. The solutions presented: 1. CoW Swap: Ethereum Mainnet liquidity A user on Rollup X signed an order. Solvers filled it using liquidity from Ethereum mainnet, and the tokens returned to the rollup in the same transaction. No bridge and no second signature. New rollups no longer need to launch with thin liquidity pools and high slippage. 2. Safe: Atomic ownership changes Ownership updates and treasury access across Safe accounts were coordinated between L1 and L2. A change made on mainnet can be read and verified on the rollup within the same transaction. This solves the problem of multisig desynchronization for DAOs and treasuries. 3. Post-quantum signatures (Falcon) A Falcon signature was verified on the rollup, and the result was used to authorize a transfer on mainnet — all atomically. Direct verification on mainnet would have cost ~5.5 million gas; via EEZ it used about 495k (−91%). This is a step toward synchronous composability: contracts on different networks can call each other, receive data, and revert together - as if they were part of a single network.

Binance bStocks takes the lead in tokenized stocks with $1.4B According to @RWA_xyz, the capitalization of tokenized stocks on bStocks has reached approximately $1.4 billion. This puts @binance's product in first place among all issuers, ahead of Ondo ($902.8M) and xStocks ($596.8M). The overall market for tokenized stocks and ETFs is valued at $3.69 billion, with bStocks accounting for about 38%. Interestingly, in terms of decentralized trading volume in October, @Robinhood and Coinbase came out ahead, despite having a smaller capitalization. Tokenization of stocks continues to grow rapidly.
