I’m extremely excited about this new phase of @roycoprotocol We’re very aware that many teams are working on solving onchain liquidity. But there are a few things that make our model unique: - Permissionless access: everyone can participate. - Productive capital: liquidity doesn’t have to sit idle and curators don't need to manage the liquidity sleeve. Withdrawal queues on vaults are over. - Isolated liquidity: risk is isolated by market, with no compounded risk from providing liquidity across multiple strategies/vaults. - Self-balancing markets: the market dynamically adjusts and arbitrages the pool to keep it balanced. Seniors can exit, while others can buy at a discount absorving duration risks. - Onchain liquidity: assets become liquidatable onchain so Senior tranches can be listed on money markets with higher LTVs than their underlying assets. - Modular by design: teams can choose risk transformation, liquidity transformation, or both. - A powerful solution for RWAs and gated strategies: especially where deposits and withdrawals are restricted. Manual DeFi execution will die. I've been deep into AI applications in DeFi lately, and I'm convinced automation isn't just about saving time.
