For those who've followed me for a while, you'll know I've been highly bullish on @blocksquare_io for the past few years years. Founded in 2018, Blocksquare has been dedicated to the tokenization of real estate. Making them one of the pioneers in the the RWA space. Their approach to tokenization stands out from many others. Rather than focusing on tokenizing property title ownership, they focus on the economic rights of a property. This approach offers significant advantages. It aligns with existing legal frameworks and avoids the need for extensive regulatory changes in property ownership laws Beyond their tokenization platform, Blocksquare has also introduced Oceanpoint. This is a DAO designed to serve as a liquidity engine for tokenized real estate. One key milestone for 2025 is the launch of $POINT. $POINT plays a critical role, enabling liquidity pools for property tokens Allowing investors to instantly trade tokenized real estate through AMMs like Uniswap. This development is a major leap for the RWA sector, paving the way for further innovation in the space. What excites me most about Blocksquare and Oceanpoint is their vision for Oceanpoint to acquire property tokens. And evolve into what could be the first truly decentralized Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). This would unlock tremendous utility for $BST holders Granting them access to revenue shares from a globally diversified portfolio of tokenized properties. As one of the longest-standing RWA projects, Blocksquare boasts an end-to-end platform and has already tokenized over $130 million worth of real estate worldwide. Shout out to @cryptovium who inspired this post and introduced me not only to Blocksquare. But also to RWA tokenization before it was talked about in crypto. 'On December 30th, USDT will be delisted from EU exchanges.' 'On December 30th, USDT will be illegal to hold for Europeans.' This is peak mind virus, Matrix-like NPC behavior. MiCA does not mandate European exchanges to delist $USDT, nor will it make it illegal for Europeans to hold it. This reminds me of when $XRP was delisted from exchanges to "protect investors." It was interesting to see which weak-ass exchanges bent the knee to the SEC against the interests of their customers. Only to later reverse the decision. It'll be interesting to see which European-based exchanges rise above the others this time around. I know the one I trade on will... and that's why I trade there. They did not delist $XRP, they aren't delisting $USDT. Choose exchanges that do not bend the knee, fam. As a footnote, I generally do not hold too much USDT and prefer to hold USDC. It's always best to mitigate risk, as in crypto, things can change quickly. Let the NPCs panic. We've got an impending bull run to smash.
