A price held at the band's edge for 15 s halts the pool both ways for at most 15 min, then it reopens on the clock. During a halt CurbDesk pays IMD's oracle swarm to find who moved the most volume, and code applies the signed answer. The swarm can only shorten a halt.

199 Foundry tests, IMD's admission suites pass in both token orders, and every claim in CLAIMS.md points to a tx or a test. An MCP server lets an agent preflight a swap and get the refusal back before it sends anything.

A swap that would end more than 1,000 ticks (about 10.5%) from a 5-minute TWAP, and further than it started, reverts with OutsideBand. A swap back toward the reference always passes. On CURB/IMD a 500 IMD buy was mined as a failed tx, for exactly that.
