I don’t believe Devs leaked that video online for any other reason than to light a fire. It was not posted as a farewell to the game. It was posted to inspire action. #SaveBioWare #SaveMassEffect

“i can see both sides” and it’s her versus a man who bought sexually explicit deepfakes of her. please share with the class what else u are seeing!
Deansocool speaks on Pokimane expecting her friends to completely cut off Atrioc 😳 "She is completely valid for feeling this way but you shouldn't make your people feel some type of way for not picking your side..."

The scream she lets out, this is mental and physical pain, as well as abandonment. Her sisters are forcibly against her in this moment and she has never been more alone. It’s beyond cruel, this is spiritual abuse.

he took his time reading the reactions on her face and body; the flush of her exertions coloring her skin, the wet fullness of her lips. there was a disquieting femaleness about her that he had never considered in his sister.

also after watching the show i completely understand why stephen king said it was “the most accurate adaption of his book”. it literally was. the biggest changes were a modernization to the 2020s, and the inclusion of a secret organization and emmaline.
“carrie was possessed” hardly. i just saw the episode and that was mostly her doing.

i feel very frustrated people will go online and outright lie about easily disprovable things. half the carrie show criticisms were coming from people who didn’t even watch the show.

y’all put the same genre of mediocre white men on pedestals every year and still haven’t registered the fact they all continue to thrive off of violence against women. this isn’t even shocking either nor is it the first time he’s centered abusers in attempt to be humorous
Jensen Ackles says he was woken up by a dream he had the other day of Johnny Depp's viral "mega pint" moment "How could he say so much... with so little? I appreciated that, about what he did in that moment, because that's a gift" (via @comconscotland)

men want to be able to sexually abuse women and then move on within a couple years soooo bad. They just want to be able to get away with it.
xQc calls Pokimane stupid for bringing up Atrioc years after the deepfake incident 😳 "Not defending this guy but, if someone is in their own lane and live in their own ecosystem and you come after them, you're always wrong idgaf." "They're in their little corner.. Especially, if it's been a long time.. You’re just stupid.. I'll never be on your side idgaf."

We also need to understand that it's actually good for kids to be scared and not be babied.... I understand every kid is different, but I was 6 yeas old when I saw Curse of the Black Pearl. WILDWOOD is no darker/harsher than that or its two sequels that I also saw as a child.

i’m watching the new carrie show and i am seriously concerned about how some of you interpret art, because the show directly contradicts many of the criticisms i saw when it came out.

3) carrie isn’t awkward or unlikeable like she is in the book - she’s so awkward and off-putting the teachers said they wanted to slap her episode one. the reason you feel bad for carrie is she is visibly a child, and clearly a victim of her home life.

4) carrie’s mother isn’t mean enough - she terrorizes her coworkers, she terrorizes her daughter, she is unnecessarily and overly cruel for no reason, and she constantly victimizes herself. just because she has moments where you feel bad for her doesn’t make her not terrible.

“rando orc waste of time” meanwhile he’s a representation of one of Tolkien’s most important themes, how he wrestled with his own depiction of the orcs until his death bc it was antithetical to his own worldview, and how that tension persists in his works
[NEWS] “MarnĂ»kh is a character meant to challenge long-held perceptions of Orcs. He’s such a departure from past depictions that within the production, MarnĂ»kh has picked up the catchy nickname, “the Orc with an arc.” #TheRingsOfPower

Travis Knight says that LAIKA will never use generative AI in their films. “AI is theft. It’s the ingestion of years and years and years of human creativity and ingenuity, regurgitated back. It has no humanity. It has no spirit.” (Source: theplaylist.net/wildwood-tra

the russos suck at avengers movies because they don’t know what to do with the god level powered characters. if you can’t write around the fact they could “fix everything” (by creating problems powers can’t fix) and instead have to hide those characters you’re bad at writing.
