Under Trump and RFK Jr., measles cases have hit a 35-year high, whooping cough has resurged, & Americans are increasingly dying from preventable diseases. Their latest decision to upend the childhood immunization schedule will only make our kids sicker & must be immediately reversed.

It is a sad day indeed when leaders use their authority in ways that cause harm, feed ego, or damage individuals who have spent their lives in service to others. Dr. Fauci deserves better.

Just one week after tobacco giant Reynolds donated $5 million to MAGA Inc. and dined with Trump at his golf club, President Trump directed FDA to authorize the sale of flavored vapes. This corruption is poisoning our kids and unleashing a new wave of addiction on America.

I asked leading scientists at the National Institutes of Health to answer a simple question: is it good for our kids for the Trump Administration to unleash new, flavored vaping products on the market? All of them answered no.

The Trump Administration just authorized the sale of flavored vapes across the country, even though these products addict children & expose them to harmful chemicals. I sent a letter to RFK Jr. demanding that he push back on this short-sighted & corrupt decision if he really is committed to his MAHA agenda.

When President Trump’s term is mercifully up, he can rest assured that statues of him will likely be erected, and forever enshrined, at the headquarters of the few who actually benefitted from his tenure: tobacco giants Reynolds American and Altria.

I met with the Illinois Department of Insurance Director, Ann Gillespie, to discuss the Republicans’ refusal to extend the ACA’s enhanced premium tax credits Without them, Illinoisans with an ACA plan will see a nearly 80% average cost increase for their health insurance. This is unacceptable.

Health care premiums will increase by over 100% next year. Nursing homes and rural hospitals are going to close. We are in a health care crisis, and the House of Representatives must come back to work today to solve it.

Americans are fed up with this Administration that has done nothing to address the skyrocketing cost of health care—or anything else. But President Trump is too busy building his ballroom to notice.

Donald Trump promised you lower prices. Instead, by shutting down the government and refusing to extend health care tax credits, he is poised to inflict the “worst year-over-year price hike” on Americans’ health insurance premiums next year. All while building a grand new ballroom for himself.

Every American should be outraged about what is happening at CDC this week. RFK and his cadre of anti-vaxxers have forced out top public health experts at CDC, which will only weaken our nation’s ability to prevent and respond to infectious disease outbreaks.
