Pala Gilroy Sen: Content Creator Burnout, Esports, Streamer Culture and Twitter’s Decline S10EP1
@Pala is a British Counter-Strike host, interviewer and content creator. He transitioned a successful Counter-Strike gaming YouTube career to working in the broadcasting as the on camera host of the biggest tournaments in Esports.
We had the absolute pleasure to speak with him about his journey - including whether content creation is a long-term career, how MrBeast and the algorithm changed YouTube, how gamers go pro, the rise of IRL streaming with Kai Cenat and Speed, and why Twitter and social media feel so different from the early days.

@StrikerHLTVorg @Professeur_CS what do you think?

Over 30 orgs shut down between 2023-2025. I am talking only about ones that competed in HLTV covered tournaments. If we count orgs under tier 3, that number goes 2-3x.
However, we still have people replicating the exact same model of died ones, and expect something different to happen.

oof when AI gives you a source and its a TikTok channel...
I thought the biggest issue will be the idiofication of humans, but I guess we have to save AI from becoming dumber than us 😆
