For those complaining there’s no one from Reform on #bbcqt
They were invited, but as we all now know in Reform households Thursday night is bath night.
#PoliticsLive
Err, if they are illiterate how are they able to read their questions?
Replying to @MancorIan
It’s worse that @UKLabour have so many illiterate MPs that have to read their questions
#PoliticsLive
After yesterday’s #CovidInquiry report, as leader of the Conservative Party Kemi Badenoch should have shown some humility and came to the House to apologise on behalf of her party for the terrible damage they were responsible for in Govt.
#PMQs #politicslive
Jeremy Hunt must have some good mates in the media.
He is so often invited on and treated as a wise elder statesman of politics who played little if any part in the most corrupt & shambolic Govt most of us can remember.

Why is a BBC programme being used to publicise the ‘alternative budget’ of the IEA, a secretly funded right wing lobbyist group?
We have no idea who is paying for Daniel Hannan or whose policies he is advocating.
#PoliticsLive @BBCPolitics
Daniel Hannan blocked little old me when I posted the tweet below.
But it still holds true. Whilst Private Eye rightly use Hannan’s own words to ridicule him #PoliticsLive continue to treat him as if he’s a wise elder statesman.
Private Eye once filled almost an entire page listing all the things Daniel Hannan has been proved wrong about or when he has contradicted himself.
But tune into #PoliticsLive and he’s still treated as a valued contributor to political debate.
There’s a trend with #PoliticsLive since it returned recently.
Don’t include Reform in the advertised lineup but when you tune in, there they are!
I’ve noticed it 3 times in the last week.
On Monday's #PoliticsLive
Anneliese Dodds MP, Labour
Lewis Cocking MP, Shadow Housing Minister
Rafael Behr, The Guardian
Helen Miller, Institute for Fiscal Studies

When #Newsnight promises the “best in political analysis” and then, yet again, introduces Tom Harwood of GBnews it’s going to take a lot more then Romesh Ranganathan to convince me the BBC licence fee is still value for money.
Christa Pike.
With their long history of violence the one thing you would have thought the US would have perfected by now was executions.

Kemi Badenoch Iron Dome probably the most impressive Tory initiative since Boris Johnson 40 new hospitals.
(And as likely to be built)
#C4News
Report after report of the probation service being in ‘crisis’.
Perhaps it’s time the media doorstepped Chris Grayling & asked him for comment.
#C4News
Hey #politicslive not for the first time you’ve failed to mention Reform is also on your programme.
You were receiving criticism for how often you invite them on so now you just quietly sneak them on instead.
On Thursday's #PoliticsLive
David Burton-Sampson MP, Labour
Matthew Syed, Times columnist
Faiza Shaheen, Tax Justice UK
12:15pm BBC Two bbc.in/46VXToV
In the early days of motoring a man carrying a red flag walked ahead of the vehicle to warn pedestrians.
Perhaps this should be reintroduced ahead of any tv appearances by Laila ‘car crash’ Cunningham.
#PoliticsLive
Michael Gove oversaw a conveyor belt of corruption during Covid.
But here are his pals in the media reinventing him as a respected elder statesman of political commentary.
And it stinks.
#C4News @Channel4News
Next doors cat has got in & knocked over my kitchen bin again.
Well, either that or the Iranian national guard has launched a full scale attack on the UK.
It’s so hard to tell sometimes.
#C4News
In case we’ve forgotten just how incompetent and lacking in talent the last Tory govt truly were…
Here’s Chris Philp with a timely reminder.
#bbclaurak
Hi BBC, can you let us know when you think you’ve rinsed every last drop out of that interview with the posh bloke with a book to flog?
Then maybe it’ll be worth tuning in again.
#PoliticsLive @BBCPolitics @BBCNews
Kemi Badenoch wants those having their rent paid by taxpayers to move into cheaper accommodation.
Perhaps she could lead by example and move out of her Taxpayer Funded £2.7k a month grade-II listed farmhouse with 3 living rooms & extensive gardens.

On the plus side. If AI is going to wipe out mankind there seems little point in me giving up smoking, drinking and fried food.
#c4news
Did Nick Robinson just refer to Zia Yusuf as “Reform’s shadow Home Secretary”?
Surely not?
