Good news, regardless of the election results, is that Haley Stevens is done, and people are seeing firsthand how pro-Israel Dems and centrists tried to sabotage Abdul El-Sayed.

Georgia voter: The Republican party is destroying this country, and I want to vote against them. I voted red from the time I could vote until 2016. These folks are destroying our country and I'm voting against them up and down the ballot.

NEW: Three Z Printing, the company that printed the bogus mailers purporting to offer resources to trans students in Texas, sent an email to employees saying not to speak to the press. The email says they work with both Republicans and Democrats, but FEC records don't show that.

Oh look, it’s Francesca Hong, the DSAer the establishment went all out to defeat in the primary for Wisconsin governor, working her ass off for Dems and using her platform to attack the Republican candidate for governor (not her former Dem opponent). Quite the contrast with Haley Stevens next door in MI.
Because—say it with me—corporate centrist Dems are the real traitors to the Democratic Party.

ICE detained a developmentally disabled student on his way to school. He is a US citizen.
They realized he wasn't who they were looking for after they had broken his wrist. They dropped him off a mile from school. He walked to school in tears. When he arrived, the school called an ambulance.
Will ICE ever be held accountable?

Federal agents going door to door checking on whether people intended to vote and for credentials is the stuff of democratic nightmare. Normally, DOJ would have stopped this cold because in modern times, DOJ was committed to combating voter intimidation, not condoning it. But now the call is coming from inside the house. The Rule of Law Project exists to function as DOJ did in ordinary times.
Sending armed ICE agents door to door to question voters days before an election is intimidation.
We filed an amicus brief urging the Ninth Circuit to keep DHS’s “Unlawful Voter Initiative” blocked. Law enforcement must protect the right to vote. justiceconnection.substack.c…

Violating the constitution to show how you value the constitution is certainly a choice, Tim. Especially for the insurrection party.

🚨BREAKING: The Republican Women’s Caucus Fund has been unmasked as the force behind the fake Texas Transgender Student Union (TTSU). This Wyoming LLC, formed in September, flooded as many as 3 million Texas mailboxes and phones with texts and brochures just as early voting began for the midterms.
Posing as a trans advocacy outfit, the materials—addressed to the children of registered voters—coached minors on seeking gender-affirming care even against parents’ wishes, pursuing emancipation, going out-of-state for hormones or surgery, and finding a “found family.” They copied branding from the real Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) and used a near-identical address.
Legal filings named the Republican Women’s Caucus and “John Braun”—the name of a Washington state senator whose campaign treasurer, Paul Kilgore, also handles finances for the RWC Fund and PACs supporting Ken Paxton’s Senate bid against Democrat James Talarico. TTSU’s lawyer is former Paxton assistant AG Chris Hilton.
TENT sued, claiming harassment, threats, and operational harm. Judge Jan Soifer ordered disclosure, rejecting free-speech secrecy claims.
So, a Republican-linked group, with financial ties to Paxton-supporting PACs, mass-produced and distributed materials that impersonated a transgender student resource guide. In other words, the people who routinely accuse the transgender community of “indoctrinating” or targeting children, themselves produced and mailed the very content designed to look like that targeting—so parents would see it and react.
Every Republican accusation is a confession.
