I debunked the election polls, including recently Ann Selzer's 2024 polling. What's different this time is we don't have any contrary indicators. No merch sales. No signs. No vibes. It's so bad that "MAGA" Super PACS hired bot accounts to shout down anyone going off script.

NEW: Tulsi Gabbard just responded to Dan Bongino’s cryptic message about the FBI...and her answer says EVERYTHING.
She didn’t deny the darkness.
But made it clear that she’s fighting it every day.
Glenn Beck brought up Bongino’s viral X post:
“What I found out, at my time at the FBI has shocked me down to the core. We cannot run a republic like this, and I’ll never be the same after learning what I’ve learned.”
He asked Gabbard: “Have you felt that way being there?”
Her reply was sobering.
She torched the permanent state state within the intel community for serving their own interests, rather than the Constitution.
“I have seen up close and personal the tactics that are used by those who care more for themselves, their ambition, their job, their influence, their political interests, their selfish, self-serving interests, than they care about the Constitution.”
She reminded Beck that every person in law enforcement and intel takes the same oath:
“Just like I have both in uniform, in the military, and as a member of Congress and as Director of National Intelligence—to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
That’s why, she said, “what we are doing matters so much.”
“So, yes, I have my own frustrations, trust me. But my resolve is focused, and is rooted in my love for our country and my belief in the values and principles that our country was founded upon.”
“It is a heavy responsibility, but it’s also an awesome one. And I spend every day doing my best to fulfill it.”

This is just weeks after
Anthropic whistleblower Joseph Coxon charged the company w/launching “a hubristic gamble” from a “private company’s Slack.”

They're at the "blame the people who warned us this would happen" stage of election denial.
Barnes and Baris are cynical doomers. Yes there have been some bad decisions, but most of Trump's decisions have been correct. Those two doomers only focus on the bad and never highlight the many good things the Trump Admin has done. Don't wait for Barnes or Baris to accept their own role in depressing turnout, however.

We were telling you the truth, folks.
As pollsters, we don't get to spike polls or stop talking about them when we don't like the results.
That is not how honest analysts who do their damned best to remain impartial are allowed to act OR would even think about.
Truth First.
Replying to @ryangrim
Wait, so double digit Democrat polling leads are accurate?
Hahaha I guess Republicans don't want to admit the polls aren't cooked!

I remember this era well. Stalin level propaganda. Now I don't know anyone who even watches the news. It's all on X. Truth maximization. Thank you Elon Musk. And even Jack, for trying to protect free speech until he lost control.

Was talking to someone who went broke and he asked how to rebuild. I've seen this happen before, and people hate my answer. They feel like I'm being glib or dismissive. I'm not. The answer is you have to become obsessed with business. Read every business book. I told him don't ask me for recommendations. Start reading them all. Almost all of them suck. So what?
The purpose isn't the information, although you'll find that even one idea could change how you do things. It's to tune your antenna. To always have it thinking about your company, or if you don't have a biz, about starting one. Even the slop books (99%) are effective because your mind will rebel against the inaneness, and this itself leads to insight. Kind of like when someone is doing something so terribly that you get fed up and go, "FINE! I'll do this myself!"
The spiritual problem is that you may become infested with the demon of greed. Making money is like eating. You have to eat to live and you need money to live. Obsessing over how to make more money can lead to demonic influence.
Of course, having a business fail invites the demons as well. You become full of despair. That's why you still have to go to church or whatever your religion is, and once you start doing better, you need to part with your money or it will stick to you like tar. I've seen that happen. Money can ruin people as much or more so as failure. A
t least if you have spiritual problems with money, there's optionality. You can give it away, and if it hurts to give, that's a sign that the demons have their hooks in much deeper than you're consciously aware of. If you're dead broke, not much you can do, you'll be bummed out (the demons feed off of this).
In a perfect world you won't have any of these problems. Good luck with that.
But it does start with understanding that "success" is as much about where you direct your focus and attention. Navel gazing about your problems is the antithesis of this. Focusing outward is where you open yourself up to possibilities.

Rule of thumb for MOST of you right now ———-> don’t expose anything to the internet.
- Close all those ports
- Put everything behind a firewall
- Use VPN for access
Keep coding all that personal software but keep your attack surface small.

This morning, two former senior FBI officials, Nikki Floris, 46, and Bradley Benavides, 56, surrendered on arrest warrants after being charged with lying to Congress about their roles on the Foreign Influence Task Force during the 2020 election. Floris and Benavides allegedly lied to Congress about their roles in the FBI’s Hunter Biden investigations, with one claiming they only learned about it from Wikipedia - despite evidence showing their involvement in helping shape the public narrative about Hunter Biden’s laptop right before the election.
Lying to Congress by anyone strikes at the heart of our democratic system, but when senior FBI agents lie to Congress believing they are above the law, it’s time to bring the hammer of justice down on them. When senior officials entrusted with safeguarding our nation’s security choose deception over duty, they undermine the very institutions they swore to uphold.
Today’s action makes clear that no one is above the law, and we will hold accountable all who obstruct the truth.

Regarding potential attacks on energy, food, and water infrastructure, the threat is quite real. Someone is currently probing infra and feeling it out, it is an active threat. Even a little preparation can be helpful, just in case. This comes from the joint cybersecurity advisory released by the NSA and partner agencies on August 19:
'The threat actors are conducting reconnaissance and capability development against U.S.-based Siemens PLC installations using Al-generated exploitation scripts disguised as legitimate monitoring tools. The actors leverage Internet scanning services to find Internet-exposed PLCs running outdated software or that are otherwise poorly protected. The U.S. critical infrastructure sectors most targeted by this threat activity include Critical Manufacturing, Energy, Water and Wastewater, Chemical, Food and Agriculture, and Commercial Facilities. This is not a theoretical risk - it is an active threat. Depending on the specific circumstances, exploitation of poorly protected PLCS could lead to disruption of critical industrial processes, safety incidents, downtime or equipment damage, compromise of sensitive data, compliance violations, and cascading impacts across interconnected systems.'
'Using Al to generate exploitation scripts represents an evolution in threat actor capabilities, dramatically reducing the technical expertise and time required to develop working ICS exploitation scripts and malicious tools. In addition, Al enables adversaries to rapidly leverage additional attack vectors and adapt to defensive measures. Threat actors can easily collect public information about vulnerabilities and weaknesses, find exposed and exploitable PLCs, and use Al-generated scripts to act on that information. If PLCs are exposed to the Internet, they are at high risk for exploitation.
Threat actors are leveraging open source industrial automation libraries - specifically snap7.d11/python-snap7 - combined with Al-assisted scripting to create custom tools that mimic legitimate OT monitoring solutions. These tools provide read/write access to Siemens S7 Series PLC memory, configuration data, and ladder logic programs via the S7comm protocol.'
It seems like we're in a pretty hot moment cybersecurity wise 😬 If you're reading this website, you probably know more than most of the people in your life about what's happening! they're not talking about any of this stuff on the news, it's too arcane and weird and sudden. It is on us.
Good time to call or text your family and friends, have some cash on hand, have a meetup point in your neighborhood for if the Internet goes down entirely, etc.
The full prepper mode for shit hitting the fan is probably something like what Andreas posted here but you can get 80% of the way with 20% of the effort. Think about what that would mean for you in your situation, and the people you care about, and talk to them about it sooner than later.
And as always, the most important part of prepping is having a strong support network and caring for each other. "Going off grid" isn't the move, it just makes you isolated and you have to do everything yourself. We are social animals. Community is our superpower 🫡🫡🫡
