Whilst I have to agree that cash is great to have around, its becoming harder and harder to use it. lets face it, its not going to dissaper anytime soon and whats the issue having a cashless socity, unless you have something to hide!

Beautiful day to #BBQ slowly a beautiful shoulder of lamb thanks to @thesmokinelk for inspiration. Smelling wonderful after only an hour. Looking forward to final result in a few hours.
Following the brilliant Marcus @devonwoodsmoke recipe for hanging leg of jamb. First attempt using a Victorian clockwork rotisserie worked a treat. 6 hours and caught fire 3 times but a great success. Note the @MEATERmade probe very useful .

Bit of a blow out bbq. Pulled pork, double Chuck beef @devonwoodsmoke smoke Mac and cheese,picahnna, tri tip, chicken kebabs (tandoori, jerk and Greek) slaws and salads. Not everything made it into the pic as I was a little busy… results speak for themselves though!!

Agreed I have @TheCurryGuy book and have tried a few already. I’ve been cooking curries in woks or karais on charcoal since the late 90,s challenging but fun.
I've always said, that once the British realise that you can cook the most amazing curries on the bbq, that bbqing will really explode...
