An early trend I see happening, which could gain more traction:
Product managers joining internal-facing engineering teams (e.g. platform teams, dev tools teams) and bringing some of the practices that treat other engineers as customers.
Gathering feedback, personas etc.

Us:
I love it when a colleague asks me for help because I feel useful and generous and I can think of no better use of time than empowering someone else.
Also us:
I avoid asking my colleagues for help because they must think of me as a huge imposition and burden on their time.

Other than going through it, there's no way to deeply understand something. And even so, chances are you just went deeper. Accept and embrace.

Whenever I handed in my resignation, I’d always feel guilt, and some managers would add to it.
One of my managers responded with: “congrats! That’s a great step for you!” and was supportive.
It’s when I decided I want to do the same.
I still keep in touch with that manager.

With the fall of Afghanistan's government, women's rights took a big step backward today. This is a sobering reminder that the rise of human rights isn't inevitable, and we have to keep pushing to bolster them.

With Github Co-pilot it seems to me that the most exciting and likely scenario is that we create a new abstraction layer in our code, where certain parts of it become natural language.

The media continues to get the rise of remote work wrong
Every employee knows the stories by CEO's of big companies + landlords who own offices are false
I've spoken to 2,000+ remote workers in the last 12 months

Moving your team from slides to long form writing is not just a process change. It is first and foremost a culture change.
A writing culture values comprehension over aesthetics, nuance over certainty, clarity over charisma, deliberation over impulse, and rigor over hierarchy.

How cool would it be if schools would stop charging for education (which leads to students getting indebted). Instead, they'd purchase career tokens and have 'skin in the game' for the long-run.
This is one of the most requested use-cases for @talentprotocol to work on.

Everyone has an opinion on design.
There's always an immediate gut reaction: "Ooh, I love this!" or "Meh."
But how do you go beyond that to honing your skills of giving helpful, actionable feedback?
Here are the 7 questions I run through when critiquing a product's design 👇

I love to see others recommended reading lists - it helps me find great content. So I've compiled a list of books that I’ve read and that I recommend for Product Managers and Product leaders, in the hope that this can be helpful for you too.
