This reminds me of one time during undergrad at UCSD, we were at the SD Airport bar and a guy asked for a double vodka on the rocks, making sure to request Smirnoff as his vodka of choice. Even in college, we knew that was a bad life choice.

5+ hours in the car + 25 minutes in Kaiser Fresno + 1 shot = A damn good day! Can’t wait to do it again.

I think this is how it works…PERSONAL NEWS: Thanks @elastic for an amazing ~7 years. New gig starts in 11 days, but for now, I’m going sleep tonight proud of what we did and will be waking up looking forward to what’s next.

Currently at #Elasticon Global, I am listening to 3 separate presentations, given by 3 different customers who hail from France, the UK, and Australia, respectively. Virtual conferences do have that advantage as we can showcase our community no matter their resident time zone.

Just led a 55 person zoom meeting in singing happy birthday to a fellow Elastician. That was either the most awesome or most painful (to listen to) thing ever. Either way, it was a shared experience which is something to celebrate these days! #LifeatElastic

Today marks 6 years w/ @elastic. I’ll have more to say on what that means to me later. But for now, let me just say how lucky I am to be able to walk alongside so many amazing #Elasticians and how inspired I continue to be by our community. Here’s to Year 7 living @LifeAtElastic!
