Not me finding out I’m chopped from this algo. The negative bias for dark skin is true.
TikTok also scores how attractive you are, guesses your age/gender, and calculates your mood with some of these on-device models.
I pulled them out of the app, so you can try it directly here: ayoships.com/tools/tiktok-fa…
I ported them from ByteNN so they run in your browser. My tests showed significant negative bias against darker skin and older faces.

Bots are no longer the problem. Now we legit have AI running people’s profile and sending rage baiting replies.

I’m looking for someone who’s really good at building operational structures.
Someone with experience setting up internal processes, workflows, documentation, accountability systems and team operations.
I’d love to work with you for 3 months to help put the right structures in place at @cencori.
We’re bootstrapped, so this is an unpaid engagement. I want to be upfront about that.
If you’ve done this before, have some time to commit and would be interested in working with us, please DM me.
Tell me a little about what you’ve built or managed.

Worked on a little idea with @its_YOGO. We wanted to make giving and receiving gifts more intentional. We're calling it Thoughtful.
We all have things we love, things we'd love to own, and people we'd love to surprise. Thoughtful brings all these together through wishlists that you can create, share and discover.
We're just getting started, and I'd love for you to check it out, create a wishlist and share. Someone might just surprise you.

Today we're making a commitment.
Cencori (@cencori) will build energy-efficient inference infrastructure for Africa, from the platform AI agents run on all the way down to the silicon.
Most of Africa's AI runs on computers thousands of miles away. It's expensive and slow, and the data leaves the continent. We think that has to change.
So we're building it here. Models served from African soil. Infrastructure designed to do more with less power. And over time, our own inference chips: ENX.
This is a long road, and we're starting now.

You can be driving to a ditch and chatgpt will agree with you in going that direction. Have a backbone for God sake!

I built Fluffy Creator, a free tool that turns any text into furry, 3D lettering 🎨
Tweak the fur’s length, curl and droop, pull in your brand colours, then export a transparent PNG or embed it live on your site in HTML or React.
Try it: fluffy-head.vercel.app

The shift from software you configure to AI coworkers you delegate to is already happening.
That’s the idea behind Docsyde. (@docsyde_ai)
We’re building something that takes document operations off your plate, so your team can focus on actually running the business.
A lot more to come.🚀
People that trade still trade memecoins these days would understand the struggle.
I’ll start with myself, if it succeeds I’ll open it to anyone that’s interested.

They said African languages were too fragmented, too complex and too commercially insignificant to build advanced AI for.
We disagreed. So we built it.
64 languages. 166 voices. 3 billion parameters. ONE model.
Today, we are unveiling STORM-Ensemble 3.0, the most capable multilingual speech synthesis model we have built at PlotWeaver.
From Yorùbá, Igbo, Hausa and Nigerian Pidgin to Swahili, Amharic, Wolof, Zulu, Xhosa and dozens more, STORM-Ensemble 3.0 generates speech across 64 languages, with 166 distinct speaker voices.
Every voice you hear is generated by our model, not a prerecorded sample.
But the real breakthrough isn't the numbers.
It's what becomes possible when this technology is in the hands of people who can build with it.
-African filmmakers distributing stories across languages.
-Banks and telcos serving customers in their mother tongues.
-Education platforms reaching more children.
-Developers building voice AI products without starting from scratch.
We are not building AI for African languages simply to prove it can be done. We are building the infrastructure to make our languages commercially viable at global scale.
Next week, I will be speaking at the Commonwealth Business Forum in Antigua about unlocking the Commonwealth's creative potential. This launch is a practical demonstration of that ambition.
Africa must not simply consume the future of AI. We must build, own and shape the infrastructure that powers it.
Watch the video. Listen to the voices. Imagine what's possible.
