Hello, been off the “social grid” for a while. Duke & I have been mourning the loss of a very close, personal friend. The older brother I never had. It hit me hard. Today's a month since he passed. Duke’s lying on one of his sweaters. His eyes really say it all.
Another legend another B'day. I've mentioned some of the most memorable & inspiring guest interviews I've done and this was certainly one. Happy Birthday the incomparable
Tony Bennett! @itstonybennett #Legend
Happy b'day to R&R HOF, Movie & TV actress & Academy Award winner. Darlene Love! She & her husband Alton used to visit & bring her sister Edna who sang some of my favorite's with the group Honeycone (but that’s another story!) Happy B'day Darlene!! Miss you xx @MsDarleneLove
Happy 80th B'day to Ringo Starr! Enjoy your next trip around the sun. What could we be talking about? @ringostarrmusic #PeaceAndLove
Sorry to report the passing of Country Music Hall of Famer & Grammy winner Charlie Daniels. The first celeb intv at a NYC radio station I ever did, while a “guest DJ” on my aft show on 1050 WHN. A true patriot, Charlie Daniels was 83. @CharlieDaniels @grandoldopry #rip
God Bless America. Have a Happy & Safe #4thofJuly
My friend and fellow pilot Jim with a touching tribute from the sky. Her wartime ballads helped many in the UK #DameVeraLynn
So sad to hear of Dame Vera Lynn’s passing...just dipped a wing over her house in tribute on the way to Beachy Head. #VeraLynn #ForcesSweetheart #RIP

You may not have known them, but what you do know, is the way of life they knew, and the way of life they fought and died for. On this Memorial Day, please take a moment to remember those who made the ULTIMATE sacrifice. Watch - bit.ly/2Xt0jHf

Happy b’day to awesome singer, songwriter & four-time Grammy winner @rosannecash! Played her music on 1050 WHN. She's this year’s winner of the Edward MacDowell Medal. Judging by my feeble attempt at fashion, any guess which decade this photo was taken? 😃 @JohnnyCash
Bang! Happy b'day to @nyknicks play by play star Mike Breen! We worked together at WNBC radio. One of the nicest guys in the biz. @espn @MSGNetworks @NBAsyndicate
Happy b’day @cher ! One of the most engaging and fun interviews I had the pleasure of doing.
Happy birthday to baseball great @BobbyValentine! @Mets manager from 96 to 2002, he recently partnered with @masksforheroes rounding up over 800,00 he’s been distributing. A family friend of one of my dearest friends in CT, Bobby’s a great guy & terrific storyteller!
