I lost my best friend today because I haven't been the best of friends recently. I'm not mad at them. I'm mad at me. Imma go cry in a corner for a bit then figure out how to be a better friend. They were the last person I really trusted.

I've got type 2 diabetes. A1C a few months ago was 11.6 and I had a discussion with my amazing dr. I started using a cgm (freestyle libre 3) and started Mounjaro. I got my bloodwork done 2 days ago. My A1C is 8 and I'm down 20lbs. #Mounjaro #type2diabetes
