Want to implement a software factory in your org?
1. Choose a frontier model system (Claude, ChatGPT, SpaceXAI, ...)
2. Implement a product and technical documentation repo in markdown
3. Add rules to require planning, product and architecture approval by the expensive models, before writing code
4. Document an information architecture / design system and tech stack (database, code framework, etc.)
5. Write your product goal, review, tweak, and approve plans
6. Use the cheap models to write the code
7. Thermo-nuclear-code-review using the expense models, fix all issues, loop until all findings are resolved
8. Commit the code, run tests, deploy to dev environment
9. Use a QA automation that can navigate the site / app, then provide product and technical findings
10. Share the findings back at step 5, iterate until resolved, test again
11. Proceed in this loop until all findings are solved
12. Human click through and promote to production
This system allows you to share a product goal, then check back in an hour later to a production ready feature.
What step did I miss?
I thought about voting for Democrats as a protest vote, but then...
I woke up and realized I live in the real world.
Get serious groypers. This is embarassing and childish.
Giving agents a really specific task and domain to focus in continues to be the best hack when building a lot of changes all at once.
If you give an agent too many things to do or too wide of a task, it will get lost in all the possible areas to focus in.
I have spent a lot of money to learn this lesson, over and over.

Democrats: Ranked choice voting makes for freer, less polarized elections!
Also Democrats: *immediately proceed to game ranked choice voting*
BREAKING: NYT reports that operatives with Democratic Alaska U.S. Senate candidate Mary Peltola’s campaign were behind the effort to find & recruit a candidate named Dan Sullivan to run against incumbent GOP Senator Dan S. Sullivan in an effort to confuse voters and peel votes from him.
Specifically, NYT says they have reviewed text messages and documents that reveal in summer 2025, a Peltola staffer received instructions from campaign staffers to find as many people named Dan Sullivan in Alaska as possible.
The staffer complied, going through voter records, and compiled a list. The operation “involved secret trips to far-flung Alaskan communities and the appearance of a mysterious Midwestern operative, who traversed the state using a fake name and made his pitch to would-be candidates over beers at brew pubs.”
Per NYT:
“The plan worked. This spring, a retired teacher from a tiny fishing village along the Alaska Panhandle, reachable only by air and sea, announced his candidacy for Senate. His name was Dan J. Sullivan.”

Senate race fundamentals narrowly favor Reps. Mainly due to historic vote, incumbency, and finances. The polls (local and national mood) are the only thing pushing forecasts to Ds...
My gut is that we have a D+5 environment with the Senate ending 49/51 or 50/50 in favor of Reps.
This may change in the next few days.
When you realize people like to live with their luxury beliefs, election twitter makes a lot more sense.
Marist released their final Maine Senate poll as a RV with a MoE 6.6?!?!
In what world is that useful? What a waste.
Also they gave Jackson +2, which is within the MoE, but if you aren't surveying LV at this point in the race... it just sounds like an influence op.
This all depends on how you map the early voters, which is pretty hard to do.
If you ignore primary votes and calculate by county EV and prior election R-D split, Reps are up. Though the electorate has definitely shifted left, but starting at R+10.8 they have room to work.
With a week left, Texas polls show Talarico and Paxton nearly tied as Democrats lead the early vote among primary voters. newsweek.com/james-talarico-…
So if Texas averages R+10.8 across recent Gov, Sen, and Pres races...
People think it will swing more than 10 points to elect a D senator?
I believe you can use the EV data to make any case at this point. Talarico +2, Paxton +1, etc.
It is going to be close and it all comes down to turnout. If the pattern follows 2024, Talarico most likely wins. If it follows 2022, Paxton wins.
This assumes the polls and crossover votes are correct.
Do not get complacent!
One of the issues at play is polling bias which is on average D+2 since 2018. Assume the polls are biased +2 to Talarico and Paxton wins. If the polls are accurate, he loses. Knife's edge kind of stuff.
Assume the crossover vote is 7% of Rs voting for Talarico and 1% of Ds for Paxton, D wins.
Reality will most likely be somewhere in the middle of all of this which keeps the race in toss up category until a better signal can be attained.
In 2018, I turned my back on God (who I didn't truly know) to fill my ego and chase worldly power and pleasure. It almost destroyed me and my family. Absolute disaster, I do not recommend it.
In late 2019, God came to me and spoke simply: "What are you doing?" were the words I heard.
It was like a hypnotist snapping his fingers. I woke up and could see my actions, my stupidity, my sin. I repented and I humbled myself. My family went back to church.
In 2022, I gave my life to Jesus (yes I am still a baby Christian). I saw the mercy that God had for me and remain grateful that the sacrifice of Jesus could free me of the penalty for my sin.
In 2024, I started a business and struggled for the first year. What was my purpose? How do I make money? How do I provide for my family? I took courses and joined various groups like the AAA accelerator, @liamottley_.
I built skills and knowledge, but struggled with the niche, GTM strategy, pricing, etc. I stressed over it night and day.
But aside from my efforts God provided. My former employer reached out 9 months after I left and hired me as a 1099 contractor (software consulting) and I was making money.
My thoughts were still bent inward. What am I doing wrong? How can I provide for my family? What purpose does my business have?
Then I found the @FaithDrivenEnt group and completed their intro course. I learned about the concept of surrendering your business to God. Putting Him as the chairman of the board.
In 2025, I surrendered my business to God. There wasn't a ceremony but a simple prayer. I asked God to lead my business. What His purpose is for the business, I don't fully know but it is being revealed to me over time. It probably won't make me a billionaire and I am fine with that. I saw what happens to my ego when I have too much success too quickly.
He is tempering me slowly and the journey is incredible. To feel His presence in the day-to-day flow of my work is one of the best receipts I can't put in the bank.
I am on a journey growing my faith and my business and while many don't feel comfortable with it, they are indeed the same journey. By surrendering both my life, my family, and my business to Jesus, not only did it relieve me of the stress to worry about what comes next, but I hired the best chairman of the board I could ever imagine.
He has proven himself to be faithful. The business continues to grow, the clients are incredible, the work is fulfilling, but more importantly He is present in each moment because I have asked Him to be. And whenever I start to worry about where the revenue comes from, He provides!
That is the most incredible thing. Before I surrendered my business to him, I worried about GTM strategy, positioning, SEO, etc. And don't get me wrong, I still work to improve those things. But no longer is the stress on me to figure these things out on my own. He is present and guiding my actions. He is revealing his will slowly. He is teaching me patience but he has been so faithful in those moments, why wouldn't I trust him?!?
So as we get close to the end of 2026, I am happy to report that the business is healthy. Revenue is up and the clients are incredible. But more importantly, we are back to donating as much as we did we when I had a good W-2 income. For the self-employed this is a big deal.
But I am also being faithful. I know he will provide and the money I have made is not mine and was never mine. One of the small blessings I can provide as a business owner is to share what He has entrusted me with.
Was talking to someone who went broke and he asked how to rebuild. I've seen this happen before, and people hate my answer. They feel like I'm being glib or dismissive. I'm not. The answer is you have to become obsessed with business. Read every business book. I told him don't ask me for recommendations. Start reading them all. Almost all of them suck. So what?
The purpose isn't the information, although you'll find that even one idea could change how you do things. It's to tune your antenna. To always have it thinking about your company, or if you don't have a biz, about starting one. Even the slop books (99%) are effective because your mind will rebel against the inaneness, and this itself leads to insight. Kind of like when someone is doing something so terribly that you get fed up and go, "FINE! I'll do this myself!"
The spiritual problem is that you may become infested with the demon of greed. Making money is like eating. You have to eat to live and you need money to live. Obsessing over how to make more money can lead to demonic influence.
Of course, having a business fail invites the demons as well. You become full of despair. That's why you still have to go to church or whatever your religion is, and once you start doing better, you need to part with your money or it will stick to you like tar. I've seen that happen. Money can ruin people as much or more so as failure. A
t least if you have spiritual problems with money, there's optionality. You can give it away, and if it hurts to give, that's a sign that the demons have their hooks in much deeper than you're consciously aware of. If you're dead broke, not much you can do, you'll be bummed out (the demons feed off of this).
In a perfect world you won't have any of these problems. Good luck with that.
But it does start with understanding that "success" is as much about where you direct your focus and attention. Navel gazing about your problems is the antithesis of this. Focusing outward is where you open yourself up to possibilities.

One of the fun things about this election is that everyone has a narrative to push. Very few are just interested in an honest interpretation of what is going on.
At the same time we really don't have enough info to say what is happening. There is a little signal, a lot of noise, and too many variables.
But we get to figure out what is happening in about 1.5 weeks. Ignore the noise and get out to vote so you don't regret sitting at home.
