After realizing that the Zur include isn’t just for fun but actually made Top 4 at #RoadToLisbon, I decided to systematically search for more 'successful spice.' Here are a few I found that performed well over the last few weeks in no particular order 🧵1/5
Just try some wierd stuff in TnT for the sake of it like Zur in the 99 like in @OzEspen Kenrith List ^^

Here’s a quick comparison between #TheBoil2 and #RoadToLisbon 🧵
The Boil 2: 295 players (US)
Road to Lisbon: 258 players (Europe)
Let’s take a look at what players chose to play. 1/5

For the first time in a long time, TnK was not(!) the most popular deck 🚨
Still using 2-week windows, so some wonky stuff for sure. Performance is still up, so I'm assuming players just want to experiment in the new meta. Nobody thought TnK would be bad now, right? 😜

Red continues its rise in popularity 🔺
When looking at guild inclusions, we can see it's due decks containing Izzet and/or Gruul eating into the Dimir share. When looking at single commanders, we can see it's due to Etali and Stella Lee (and a little bit Rograkh/Thrasios)

Someone smashed and grabbed from my rental, stealing my backpack containing 8 decks, 2 artist proofs, and an unlimited Mox Pearl. I’m currently filing a report on the theft, but here are photos of the backpack and some of the items stolen if anyone sees someone selling these:

Really happy with this video. Trying to answer the simple question. How many counterspells should you play in your cEDH deck?
Using data from tournaments.

Fuck art-stealing bots and everyone who supports plagiarism!
@GSabetooth puts so much work into their gorgeous art and that should be recognised and awarded properly.
