🚨NEWS: Labour plans to make it harder to claim back tax
Labour really are desperate to take money from you but doing everything they can to stop you having what you are owed.
HMRC wants to cut the time workers have to reclaim overpaid National Insurance from six years to four years.
At the same time it wants to extend the period it can chase unpaid contributions from six years to 20 years.
The tax office says four years should not disadvantage people.
Workers to have a maximum of 4 years to claim back an overpayment, whilst HMRC will have 20 years to deduct a payment straight from your bank account.
Is this an Angela Rayner policy?
And no doubt she will be exempt..
