🚨 I NEED A SOLICITOR 🚨
I have had enough.
I am now looking for a solicitor prepared to take legal action against a Welsh Health Board over what happened and the way this has subsequently been handled.
This is not some minor complaint that got delayed in an inbox.
I have disclosures, correspondence, complaint records and evidence concerning serious issues involving a clinician and the information provided about my family and my daughter.
There are also matters the Health Board has subsequently acknowledged/apologised for.
And despite YEARS of trying to get answers through the complaints system, I am still fighting to get this properly dealt with.
So I'm done asking.
I want legal advice on the evidence, the potential causes of action and whether proceedings should now be issued.
I'm looking for a solicitor with genuine experience in healthcare litigation, public authority claims, clinical negligence and/or human rights/public law, preferably someone who isn't frightened of taking on an NHS Health Board.
If you are that solicitor, or you know one, please DM me.
I have the evidence.
I have the paper trail.
And I'm ready to take this out of the complaints system and into the courts.

Another court in China has awarded copyright to an AI-generated work, this time a video. The work had several elements that were generated using AI tools, but the court found that there was enough human intellectual investment, and that the work "depended on the personalized choices and arrangements of the creative staff."
Interestingly, the court took into account token cost and subscription cost to calculate the damages, which amounted to 20k RMB, or almost $3k USD. natlawreview.com/article/wuh…
