Good advice from @RozenNir. Check before you share.

As Israel votes, TLI Network member @Lifschitz_sha in a recent interview: "It's not 50/50. We have a huge majority if you count in the Israeli Palestinian citizens. On the 7th of October, Palestinian Israelis went out to save Israelis, and they are part of this nation."

A somewhat more sunny message than Netanyahu’s closing argument of Tel Aviv in nuclear fire.

Bibi’s cousin, announcing he will not vote Likud and is suspending his party membership. Frames around the prophet Amos's refrain — "For three transgressions... and for four, I will not revoke it" 1. The regime coup 2. The shattered security doctrine 3. Breach of the state's covenant with its citizens 4. The refusal to take responsibility

Important message from @RozenNir on the likely wave of fake news and disinformation that will be pumped out by the poison machine during and after the election. I was also pleased to get the Arsenal badge in shot

My final pre-election thoughts. In short - chosen Eisenkot, Liberman, Bennett or Golan to lead a Zionist coalition. They must develop a new Zionist vision for Israel and not just fix the mistakes of Netanyahu. But first they need to win. @TimesofIsrael blogs.timesofisrael.com/not-…

Ben Gvir and Smotrich are in the current Israeli gov because Netanyahu engineered it to be so. If he forms another gov there is no doubt those fascists will be part of it. Skip the subtext, get off the fence, and support the anti-Netanyahu opposition
I said I wasn’t going to weigh in on who should be prime minister of Israel as that is a decision for Israeli citizens. I did, however, want to share one point of view from the perspective of someone who has an understanding of how Israel is perceived in America. Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich have caused Israel enormous reputational damage with their statements and actions which are presented in the global media as representing the voice and will of all Israelis. As such, a government formed without Ben-Gvir and Smotrich will send a message to the rest of the world that Israel is turning a new page. This will allow Israel to rebuild lost credibility, increase the opportunity for an expansion of the Abraham Accords, and enjoy a better relationship with Democrats and Republicans and Americans at large.

Agriculture is 4x larger share of 🇵🇸 economy than is case for 🇮🇱. And 1/4 of agri sector is related to olives. The harvest is and always has been huge economic/cultural moment in Palestine. But none of that should matter. You don’t beat humans harvesting crops on their own land
The whole olive harvest campaign is theater based on some Western fantasy of what natives are like. Palestinians are a highly urbanized population, and those harvesting olives in remote fields have planted them as political prop, not an agricultural activity.
