Dear @FlyingBrussels. On July 1st we missed our connecting flight due to the first flight being delayed by 1 hour. A claim is open since 3rd of August, but we never receive any contact from you. What to do to finally get feedback?

Currently customizing @IKEA @IKEABelgium PAX closets, needing me to cut them to fit. On the left you see an old closet, on the right a new one composed primarily of carton! I’m seriously doubting that the new closet will last long…. #costreductions #badquality #itusedtobebetter

Planning my trip to Switzerland. Feeling like the early 2000's with the mobile phone subscriptions. My wife has a private subscription @Telenet and I have a corporate @Proximus account. What a mess! (1/2)

@Telenet private subscriptions: 0,90 EUR/min and 3 EUR/MB. Not even a temp option to get a cheaper rate. @proximus corporate subscription: 0,45 EUR/min local and 0,82 EUR/min to BE. 0,05 EUR/MB. There's an option to get it cheaper, but can only by activated by employer. (2/3)

And in this case the employer apparently cannot do it. So the advise from both parties is: buy a local SIM card when you arrive in Switzerland. Why is this still so hard in 2022?

Elke keer weer hetzelfde liedje met @proximus. Nummer sinds 2001 in mijn bezit, meestal @proximus. Ik verander van werkgever dus wordt het nummer omgezet naar Pay&Go. Verplichte registratie => geblokkeerd. De website om te deblokkeren werkt echter niet voor ex-corporate nummers.

En support weet uiteraard van niets. Support via telefoon stuurt je via standaard bandje naar de registratie website die niet werkt. Dus doe je via chat. En hun chat-venster reset elke keer je probeert. Dus iedere keer opnieuw 10 minuten wachten op een nieuwe medewerker.

Verhaal opnieuw doen en geen meter vooruit. Alsof ik niets anders te doen had vandaag. Ondertussen ben ik niet bereikbaar.

Corona legt het slechte bestuur in dit land ongelofelijk bloot. De inertie door allerlei eigenbelangen, politieke benoemingen, incompetentie en onvoldoende preventie is stuitend. Het beste relanceplan is niet het uitdelen van miljarden euros maar een reset van ons bestuursmodel
