You can literally just choose to be a force of nature. Maybe you’ve never been to a gym. Doesn’t matter. Decide to be there every day at 5am. I mean this literally. Just go to the Gym. You’ll hate it at first. You’ll have setbacks. You might not look the part. Go anyway. Do it long enough and you’ll get outrageously addicted to it. That energy will leak into everything. How you sell. How you lead. How you show up. Same goes for optimism. It’s a decision. You have to cultivate. Nobody’s coming to hand you the energy. Go make it.

RAM the TAM Cold Email Playbook: honestly just map out every contact in your total addressable market and hit all of them every 60 days. We send 50M+ emails a month across our partners and clients. Here’s what that volume teaches you: At any given moment, only 1–5% of your buyers are actually in-market. Even fewer show any sign of it online. And that small slice keeps rotating. The company that ignored you in March has a new budget, a new boss or a new problem in May. Email them once and you catch whoever happened to be ready that week. Email everyone every 60 days and you’re there the moment they flip. Test your offer every wave. New angle, new hook, new proof. If it didn't work to your liking last wave --> you have to invest MORE into your prospects. Get in the inbox. Build great lists and Ram the TAM with a GREAT offer...

value follows scarcity For example: AI killed the old SEO content moat. My first business, Article Writing Co shipped thousands of SEO articles a month for 10+ years. volume was the moat Search Engines rewarded well written SEO optimized content. It was expensive - you needed expert writers with editors that could properly fact check. Most businesses couldn't afford to keep up. Now LLMs have made good content free. Which means posting 250 good pieces a month isn't an edge anymore. So what's scarce now? Taste and Perspective. Discernment and Realness. Human Storytelling. AI can write the article. It can’t live your life. Good content is free now... You are not.

You need 3, 4(max) obsessive, high-IQ motherfuckers. You do NOT need 75 VA level folks... More people ≠ more output. More people = more meetings, more mistakes, more managing. The math is actually brutal: 4 people = 6 lines of communication. 10 people = 45. 20 people = 190. Every new line is a TAX. Here's who you actually want: → Obsessive. They think about the problem in the shower. → Sharp. You explain it once. → Owners. They fix it before you notice it's broken. → Builders. They automate the job instead of doing it forever. A small team of killers + real systems + SI beats a big team of bodies. Hire slow. Pay up. Stay small.

Cold outreach alone doesn't close deals. Outbound is top of funnel. It starts the conversation. Content marketing and sales collateral carry: TOF: get discovered → Unpopular opinions → Industry myths → Macro expertise MOF: build trust → Founder stories → Failures and expensive lessons → Micro expertise: your frameworks and methodology → Behind the scenes BOF: kill objections → Case studies with real before-and-afters → Objections you've overcome → Your offer, explained plainly → Who you WON'T work with

entrepreneurship is a marathon it'll take everything you've got your mind + body + soul I've been in it for 17 years. I've built 7 figure companies. And I've watched them die. Here's what nobody tells you: the market isn't what stops most people. self-doubt is here's how to nuke it... 1 - Steal belief: Find someone a few steps ahead who started where you are. If they did it, "impossible" just became "how." 2 - Borrow belief: Get around people who believe in you more than you do, until you catch up. 3 - Control your state: Sleep. Train. Eat right. Breathe. A wrecked body tells convincing lies. 4 - Earn belief: Stack small wins on purpose. Wake up early. Go to the gym. Send the email. Make the call. Ship the thing. every rep is a receipt Confidence isn't a feeling you wait for. It's evidence you collect. And it compounds. Just Do Shit

We’re committing a portion of Anthropic’s shares to the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, a new wholly owned entity dedicated entirely to the public benefit. It will start off with 5% of our shares. For every 50% increase in the company’s value over a set baseline, we can contribute up to an extra 2%, subject to our board’s discretion. In total, this means that roughly 20% of Anthropic’s shares are committed to the public good. Our co-founders have already pledged to donate 80% of their equity, and around half our employees are donating a portion of their equity as part of a donation matching program we’ve run since our founding. In the post below, we share more details about our new fund. anthropic.com/news/public-be…

YOU GOTTA GET DIRTY Perfect is the enemy of velocity. And velocity is the only thing that actually makes you money. You sit for weeks and week “dialling in” a cold email copy. Tweaking words. Rewriting the subject line. Running it through 4 AI tools. Meanwhile your competition wrote 2 sentences, hit send, and is already on their 15th sales call. You don’t get paid for being right. You get paid for motion. Perfect is a hiding place. It feels productive: “We’re refining the offer” “We’re tightening the messaging” “We’re almost ready” No - you’re not. You’re avoiding contact with the market. You are SCARED... The market doesn’t reward polish. It rewards: - Speed - Volume - Feedback - Iteration You know what actually happens when you move fast? You get punched in the face. - Bad replies - No replies - Confusion - Rejection Good. That’s data. That’s signal. And it happens no matter what! YOU GOTTA GET DIRTY Ship it. Then fix it. Then scale it. That’s the game.

here’s a good one this client has been with us more than 2 years now 30 domains >> 15 are in production at any given time (meaning we keep half as backup // rotating) 2 inboxes per domain gives us 30 active inboxes don’t send more than 20 emails / day / inbox = raw send capacity of north 12k emails a month… that’s 6.5k to 7.5k contacts you’ll need from Apollo.io - don’t cheap out, buy good data hit them with a 2 sentence email you get 1.5 seconds to pique their interest - that's the window another few seconds to elicit a reply - at least get them to check you out don’t over complicate your outreach this is shorter than an elevator pitch we're not selling, we're not explaining you can impress them later, for now we are just starting the conversation 12k emails out the door - maybe 1% reply and ~a little more than half of those replies are interesting client is in for $70k // $90k annually and printing 7 figures ROI it's not rocket science BUT... it is science it is art and it is real hard work from a killer team

great outbound sales outreach starts with great inbound organic You did your job; you landed in their inbox. It's the *right* decision maker's inbox. And your copy scratches an itch... Then they googled you. And you died right there. No pipeline. No deal. No explanation. Just silence. This is what actually happens... Cold email creates interest. Interest seeks validation. Validation decides reply rates. Not your sequence. Not your subject line. your presence There’s a second search happening. Nobody talks about it. Every prospect runs it. Website. LinkedIn. Content. Signals. They’re asking one question: "Who the hell are you!" Most fail that check. Dead LinkedIn. No point of view. No proof you exist outside their inbox. So the deal never even starts. The shift is obvious if you actually do this. Outbound is not a channel. It’s a trigger. You’re not generating leads. You’re earning belief. And belief is built before the reply. If you’re running outbound right now: Every send should assume they will look you up. Every message should match what they find. Your profile NEEDS to close the gap.
