Instead of President to tell Akwa Ibom people how to make their life better and affordable, he is busy throwing jabs, what a failed leadership. 4yrs amount to nothing to show for it. I like @atiku he will respond in due time.

NDC yours is loading, you hear it clearly from the horse’s mouth. ADC is intact no shaking.
He (Peter Obi) is in one party they call NDC who is running for president. He ran away from erosion in Anambra State. He couldn't confront erosion. I, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, confronted the Atlantic Ocean. I tamed it for you. - President Tinubu

So Peter Obi can’t find solutions to Erosion in Anambra and want to tackle Nigeria problem. 😁🤣🤣🤣🤣 Tonight na for Obidients and Agbados 😁🤣

Some useless ADC candidates in Ogun State are celebrating the court ruling yesterday thinking it’s only affect the leadership of the party alone, mumu people. When we said these people are not serious they think we are joking, that is why @OladimejiFabiyi is doing everything possible to make the party work in the state.

INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION (INEC) PRESS RELEASE INEC REAFFIRMS RECOGNITION OF SENATOR DAVID MARK-LED ADC LEADERSHIP FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE 2027 GENERAL ELECTION The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) wishes to clarify its position regarding the leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) ahead of the 2027 General Election. The Commission, through its National Commissioner and Chairman of the Information and Voter Education Committee, Mohammed Haruna, reaffirms that its current administrative position is guided by the subsisting judgment of the Supreme Court, which forms the legal basis for its engagement with the Senator David Mark-led leadership of the African Democratic Congress. Consistent with this position and the applicable legal framework, the Commission granted the recognized leadership access to its candidate nomination portal for the submission of candidates for the 2027 General Election. Consequently, the African Democratic Congress has successfully submitted a total of 471 candidates for the forthcoming general election, including former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, as its presidential candidate. The Commission wishes to emphasize that its actions are guided by the rule of law, judicial pronouncements and its constitutional and statutory responsibilities. INEC remains committed to ensuring that all political parties operate within t As preparations for the 2027 General Election gather momentum, the Commission assures Nigerians of its unwavering commitment to conducting free, fair, credible and inclusive elections. Today, I consider it important to address the real culprit or masquerade behind the transactional judicial jobbery of #PeterLifu in @FederalHigh. That masquerade is John Terhemba Tsoho. He is the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court. The role of Chief Judge comes with real powers. Among other things, he is responsible for postings & transfer of judges. Then, there is case assignment. In most other countries, cases are assigned by algorithm. In Nigeria, after a case is filed, the file goes to the Chief Judge (or to the senior-nost judge in the judicial division, often known as the Admin Judge) who then assigns the case to a judge to hear it. This process is not just manual; it is personal. This is often also the most important decision in many cases. It controls the outcome. In the Federal High Court of John Tsoho, this often pre-determines cases, especially when the cases have a political flavour. Chief Judge John Tsoho has a closed list of acolytes whom he trusts to hear & decide political cases in the direction of the political wind or patron to be serviced. That is now clear & it is no use hiding it. The political patron whose interest he serves is also easy to figure out. Peter Lifu occupies a treasured place in that list of #PoliticalHitmen on the bench of @federalhigh. He can only do so because John Tsoho encourages him to. Here is a peek into Peter Lifu's recent record: 1. Declared the David Mark-led caretaker leadership of the ADC illegal. 2. Nullified the emergence of David Mark as National Chairman. 3. Invalidated Rauf Aregbesola's emergence as National Secretary. 4. Nullified decisions taken by the disputed leadership, including the presidential primary that produced Atiku Abubakar. 5. Invalidated the nominations of other ADC candidates for the 2027 elections. 6. Directed @inecnigeria not to recognise decisions taken at the party's July 27, 2025 NEC meeting. 7. Disregarded the specific order of the Court of Appeal to stay proceedings in relation to 1. 8. Sat as his own court of appeal on the decision of Liman J. also of the same Court in relation to 4-5. These decisions ransack the discipline of judicial hierarchy & precedent. To reach them, Peter Lifu routinely & repeatedly disregards controlling precedent from @SupremeCourtNg. Most other judges who do that will be out of a job. Yet he prospers. The problem with Peter Lifu & the slate of political surrogates masquerading as judges under the leadership of John Tsoho in @FederalHigh has moved beyond a critique of discrete decisions in specific cases. It is about a pattern of manifestly compromised case assignments & docket management by the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, John Tsoho, which provides ample evidence in support of the conclusion that there is a deliberate collusion in the court hierarchy to produce pre-determined decisions from the court of Lifu & his coven of politically corrupted judges. Otherwise, how do cases involving @ADCNig keep going to him even after @NGCourtofAppeal on record called him a #JudicialRascal & found him guilty of "judicial impertinence" in relation to matters affecting the same party? Whoever sees John Tsoho should pls ask him: does he not know of other judges in the Federal High Court? Can he disclose whose interest he is serving because one thing is now clear: he is no longer serving the interest of justice in the office of Chief Judge of @FederalHigh.... And he knows it.

BOLA CANNOT USE THE COURTS TO ESCAPE THE PEOPLE’S VERDICT; WE ARE ON THE BALLOT — ATIKU Fellow Nigerians, Let no one mistake the latest court ruling for the will of the Nigerian people. No manipulation, conjecture or concoction can erase our place in this contest, silence our campaign or deny Nigerians the right to choose their future. We are on the ballot, and the people must be allowed to decide. Those who boast of having thirty-two governors and claim to have bought, pressured or coerced leaders from other parties into their fold should have no reason to fear a free and fair contest. Yet, instead of presenting their record to Nigerians, they continue to deploy every tactic available to weaken the opposition: political pressure, manufactured narratives, courtroom manoeuvres and attempts to compromise the voters’ register with AI-generated photographs, false names and fictitious identities. These are not the actions of people confident in their record. They are calculated attempts to make genuine competition impossible and push Nigeria towards a one-party state. And what record do they have to defend? This government removed the fuel subsidy overnight without a plan to protect Nigerians. It presided over the steep decline of the naira and allowed food prices to rise beyond the reach of ordinary families. Factories and small businesses have shut their doors. Our young people are leaving in search of hope, while bandits and kidnappers continue to hold communities hostage. Look around you. Market stalls stand empty. Feeding your family has become a daily struggle. Fuel prices keep rising, and silent pain fills homes across the country. Those in power may want you to believe that your suffering does not matter. They may want you to surrender your future before you even reach the ballot box. Do not lose heart. Do not retreat. Your vote is your power, and together, we will take our country back. Let me be clear to every Nigerian who has stood with us: I am in this race. I am not going anywhere. We will be on the ballot. No threat, blackmail or court manoeuvre will make me abandon you or the cause we share. We will resist with all our strength every attempt to turn Nigeria into a one-party state. Nigeria belongs to all its people. Our democracy must remain open to more than one party and more than one voice. If those in power believe in their numbers and their record, let us meet at the polls in a free, fair and credible contest. Our campaign will continue. Our message on the cost of living will not be silenced or derailed. Stay calm, united and resolute. Together, we will fight for a Nigeria where life is affordable and every citizen’s vote counts. Let me say this plainly: Bola cannot use the courts to escape the judgment of Nigerians at the ballot box. Atiku Abubakar Vice President of Nigeria, 1999–2007 Sokoto, Nigeria 6 November 2026

Is this one a SAN or SANI Don’t worry, you and justice lifu go see. SAN Oshi.
On February 13, 2020, when the Supreme Court nullified the victory of the APC Governorship candidate in Bayelsa State, David Lyon, a day to his swearing in (when he was in fact inspecting the stadium to be used), the APC took it with equanimity on the chin. When the Supreme Court in 2019 stripped all the APC victorious candidates from top to bottom (Governor to House of Assembly) of their victories at the polls in Zamfara State and replaced them with the PDP candidates that all lost at the polls, this is what Atiku Abubakar said at the time.👇👇That judgment was against the ruling party. We took it on our chins. You cannot abuse judges and blackmail the judiciary when it doesn’t go your way. Heavens WILL NOT FALL IF A CERTAIN ATIKU ABUBAKAR IS NOT ON THE BALLOT IN 2027.
