Oct 29 earnings could provide one. I want to see whether Rocket’s AI push and Redfin/Mr. Cooper integration are actually improving conversion, cutting costs and lifting margins.
If the numbers support the story, I’m watching $12-$12.60 for confirmation. If they disappoint, I’m not assuming the rebound will hold.
